amazing presentation. As a geochemist i am fascinated by: lack of understanding of soil behaviour by biologists lack of colonising steps by plants/biomass in hostile environments lack of understanding of soil structure and origins still a great first step! Also the first lecture by an American that had a modicum of understanding of English - very rare Cheers
This stuff wasn't new to me, so I was able to follow it well. I appreciate that you are out there informing students, and I think your talk was a great primer mixed with solid hands on experience, which is more powerful than simply citing lab study papers. I hope you continue lecturing on the subject. Thank you!
Great data!lots of competing data, yet nature seems to always know best and works on a much larger scope and time frame than our 120 yr genetic time frame...... We can destroy life on earth, including our species, earth will regrow life if given enough time. If we are talking the survival of our species then we have to consider every other life form that lends to our existence and that soil web mycology that connects everything together in our scope of reference. Thank you for your work.
