He and the Netherlands are the real winner for me 🏆 I'm from Germany and I never understood why there is rivalry between Germany and the Netherlands, I really love the Netherlands, nice country, nice people, very creative, friendly, with good humour... :) I even learned long time ago netherlands because I like this country and it's mentality, very open-minded, progressive, relaxed and not as strict as in Germany... Ik hou van nederland, ik vind het heel leuk daar en ik heb er altijd goed ervaringen gehad.. dank u wel beste buren :)

There is no rivalry. In fact there is no country we work more together with then Germany. The Bundeswehr and the Landmacht share a lot of things. Our polizei also work together. That's why a criminal that flees to Germany still can get caught and brought to justice in the Netherlands.
I don't think that there's some sorts of rivalry. Both countries and cultures are practically cousins. I'm pretty sure that some parts of Netherlands speak Plattdeutsch too.
I think it’s such a pity that such an optimistic song about Europe was disqualified, while the details of the incident which led to the disqualification aren’t transparent to most of the people. Actually I think it would have chances to a top position. Greetings from Germany.

Me vais a decir que soy una tontaca de manual pero a mi este señor me recuerda a Filemón, el jefe de Mortadelo, lo que hace que la canción tenga aún mejor vibra para mi porque me recuerda a mi madre regàlandoles los comics que habiamos recopilado a sus alumnos de la escuela por la festividad de los Reyes Magos (6 de Enero) y su hermosa constumbre de regalar libros o comics que ya hubiesemos leido. Mi madre tambien era de esos seres humanos que creen que las fronteras son solo para cruzarlas y todos somos ciudadanos del mundo... En jij denkt dat het zijn schuld is, je weet toch dat letterlijk heel Europa het er niet mee eens is dat hij is gediskwalificeerd, want hij werd gediskwalificeerd omdat hij alleen geïrriteerd werd omdat de camera vrouw over de grens van Joost was gegaan en duwde de camera naar beneden, maar hij heeft haar niet fysiek iets aangedaan ofzo
