    Amazing tutorial! The teacher really knows what he's talking about. In my headspins I'm able to do taps for days, still can't ride, but I'm almost getting there

      Matt definitely knows what he's talking about. The key to riding is relaxing and feeling it out, you'll get it! Keep at it

    I've wanted to learn how to do this sort of stuff for a long time
    As a kid I could windmill naturally
    However I can't anymore but this seems to be a good entry point to basic conditioning

    Yo the 5 panel is smooth at the crown right? No place where seams come together to make a little knob? I've had that prob with other spin companies so was curious.

    • @SpinControl
      @SpinControl  Před 2 lety +1

      The 5 Panel Cap and the 3 Panel cap both had no crown or seam on locations where you spin. Designed for breakers by breakers!

      You just need to buy a hat without the little pip but personally I prefer beanies because it’s extra cushioning, I’d recommend a beanie from GB Kings they’re really good as well as a spin control beanie which is also good

    Bro, amazing tutorial but i'm training this for almost 2 years now and i still have issues to keep my legs in the right position... My left leg always go up and it makes me lose my balance... Have you any advices to have more control on my legs ?

    • @SpinControl
      @SpinControl  Před 2 lety +1

      Yo Kenny! We're not sure which way that you rotate but the most common issue is that the leg that follows (aka your kick leg) is going up. This is because you're probably going faster than you are ready to. Slow it down and focus on keeping your kick leg in the correct position while going slow. As you get better, and can keep your desired form, increase the speed gradually!

    I was told to tap with my fingers on the floor. You were doing it flat handed..... What is the best hand position?
    I've been struggling to get headspins but now I see I've gotta get comfortable just doing little taps and not just throwing myself into a spin (which doesn't work)....

    • @SpinControl
      @SpinControl  Před 2 lety

      Hey Chris thanks for watching! Our advice is to do whatever is most comfortable for you. Focus on getting your taps on the ground to be light. If your hands are going down hard then your headstand and general balance needs work!
