You look like a happy person. Your skin is glowing. You will enjoy pregnancy. My niece was 44 when she gave birth first. She enjoyed it then and after. Her child is beautiful. I have no idea of your age, but it is "your" age to have a child. My mother was a "change of Life" baby. My Nona was in her 50"s. She had no problems with her pregnancy and my mom had no issues. I was 34 and 36 when I had my children. There are many benefits to waiting; especially if you are determined to be proactive in all aspects of their lives. It keeps you young!💝 But, Staying close to the Lord has shaped and molded us all. (And continues to do so). No matter the age…it’s a learning experience. I appreciate you speaking about being unable to conceive. I have been married for 10 years this year and after MANY miscarriages and trauma, decided we must be okay with it most likely not happening. It's hard with everyone asking why we don't have kids etc. We have decided to be happy just the two of us. Who knows what life has in store for us,, but I'm SO happy for you two! I know you will be amazing parents and wish you all the best ❤❤
We love being older parents of twins! We’re patient and don’t feel like we have to compete with our personal goals and dreams because we’ve already accomplished much of everything we’ve wanted to do. Love the way Guido translates Italian into poetic English to describe what he's thinking.-- Hormonal extravagance is a wonderful description of what happens in a woman's body when newly pregnant. .... You'll be great parents - are blessed to have each other...

Congratulations. You already radiate “mother” - I think this is why this is all feeling serene and natural to you. I never felt anxious in pregnancy, even in labor, or postpartum. It all felt right. (Not saying any of it was easy! It’s all a beautiful challenge. Only speaking to anxiety, etc)

I've had comments like 'they are definitely going to make you have a cesarean because you are old' I was like.... Oh really, honestly I sometimes feel stronger and more able now in my mid-30's compared to my 20's so don't let the comments bug you

Thank you. I am 33 and will be 34 this September. I think I need one or two more years to become a mother. I want to have enough savings and be a bit more stable than I am right now. I can't believe people have commented so "interestingly". I didn't notice the breathing or allergies.
My husband healed his seasonal allergies by eating local bee pollen. He started with an eighth teaspoon a day, and worked up to half teaspoon. He only did it for a few months during the height of allergy season, and he's been so much better ever since.
Also, drinking tons of raspberry leaf tea throughout your pregnancy keeps the uterus toned, prevents hemorrhage, and really does help. I've implemented it, and not, and my pregnancies that I drank it were the smoothest.
As soon as I saw the title of the video, I had a gut feeling. I've been following you consistently for almost four years, and hearing you express you're going to be a mother fills my heart with so, so much joy. I'm terribly happy for you. My sister has her boy when she was 46 and my nephew was the most perfect baby ever .. he’s a teenager now, he’s not an adorable baby now but he’s a sweet beautiful caring talented young man! Never too late as long as you are healthy there’s nothing to stop you .

Congratulations! ( hijacked my husband’s account) We have 7 children ,our eldest when I was 22 and the youngest when I was 41 . No issues , good pregnancies and easy births , no pain relief .
Our eldest is now 30 and our youngest is 11 .

All my friends are older parents (had their kids in their late 30s) and there are more stability. Also, they've gone through therapy so they know their own traumas and they know which ones they dont want to pass to their children. I think this is better than being young and not knowing yourself yet, since being a parent is such a big responsibility.

I sympathise and empathise with you sukey, as I also have been going through a very difficult time. I do hope you have a strong support network around you and have no hesitation in asking for, or accepting kindness from others. I say this now, as I have found it quite challenging (and have been getting teary) when someone reaches out to me. It's probably because I feel much more comfortable being the one who is doing the helping, rather than being the recipient of such. I think we just have to learn to be gracious and understand the fact that sometimes it's our turn.

Hello from Maryland USA. I love your values, this is very rare nowadays. We never said anything either until after the first trimester. We hid our disagreements. One of us would say something funny and it was over. We are on our 40th year married. Our children are wonderful and well adjusted kind people. My father was Italian, his last name was Guido.
I've been wondering but didn't want to interject on a personal family moment. You definately have a glow about you! You two will make amazing parents. The best advice I can give you when it comes to parenting is to pick and choose the advice you listen to and trust your own feelings. You are the mom! May you have a beautiful, healthy baby!

I cannot have children and it pains me very much. But I’m incredibly happy for the two of you. It’s magical.
May I just say, from my experience as a child (and now grownup), that it was very important that my parents had arguments/discussions in front of us children. Not all of them, of course, but enough for us kids to understand that disagreements happen, that they can be talked about in a fairly civilised manner, and that it doesn’t mean you don’t love each other. And also, that after every storm there will be calm and sunshine again. I had a school friend who told me her parents never argued. That’s simply not possible and it’s important to understand that disagreements are a part of life.
I’m sure you two will be great. Mainly because you’re on the same page. ❤️🎉

Did Guido just touch himself when you said touch wood? Lol. You are both an absolute delight. Parenthood in all it's uncertainties will make you see a different world.
