Quite excited about this game mode actually, specially the strategist gameplay... But how would you make The Tanker gameplay mode special and interesting? Any ideas?

Tbh i lost all my interest in the moment i understood this game mode is a 1v7 and not a 1v1. As always, good idea bad implementation and wg is just too stubborn to admit it. I guess i will just follow the "don't like it don't play it" suggested by germia
@@Chronesys I agree as they are always looking for another way to line their greedy assed pockets. They don't give a single shit about providing it's player base with a good quality main game, let alone a side mode. If theirs not way to profit from it, then screw it, that's their motto. Like the original Holloween modes, those were fun and enjoyable but they soon duped us into pay to play so I quit that shit and fast. If your not a big named CC, then you don't get special match making and economy, you just get shit on because your stupid enough to play it.
@@Chronesys I can understand you but the matchmaking would be totally unballenced if you would do that. Also that would be way to easy for the other team.

hey dezgamez ty for this video, gg for your strategist game :) and for the tanker gameplay i would say to be attractive just give something special like credits or idk maybe something like a little power to attrack bots on you for 2sec or the contrary idk

@@DezGamez Honestly, I think the player base is more than a little wary, and justifiably so. How many neat ideas have been damaged by blatant cash grabs or credit/gold sinks in recent memory? Or even just buggy/bad roll outs and mechanics? I would rather be a pessimist and get a pleasant surprise than an optimist and set myself up for disappointment.
Cmon it's dead on Arrival already. Not surprised.
WOT definitely needed another way to spend silver faster, being able to use gold ammo on seven vehicles simultaneously is next level WG.

That's easy to stop. Pay more money, Wargaming will increase your win percentage

Yeah. I loaded in. Set-up my vehicles. Then I see cease fire next time I can test is in 13 hours. Guess I'm not testing out the game mode; since, it apparently only takes place when I'm at work.

Imo grille 15 really needs a camo buff...even obj.268v4 has better camo
Problem with that is that camo is based on the height of the tank and the tank type, so there's no realistic way they can (I agree tho)
@@lbhammers4841 oof...then they should add +10m view range or faster reloading and stuff like that to bigger tanks because they have more room to move...for example...it would be quite a good balancing feature imo
1:15 i was that jg pz e100. It was my first battle and i was saw the dez so i was happy. After i shot to bc25t i focused to write in chat. When i look my tank i was dead. So i said bye youtube. LOL
dez, when u play as tanker, sometimes after 3 to 4 minutes, there is this pop up at the bottom of the screen that prompts if you want to play as a strat. the button must be pushed as soon as it appears, once you do, its possible to play as strat multiple times in a row. else you play as a tanker as someone else probably beat you to it
Order of War is an old game by WG - it has the same music that the old 2012 WoT had. It was an overhead battle game, similar to old school Warcraft. You may be able to find it on Steam or GOG.
Why dont they introduce this in random batle where YOU are your whole team against ONE other guy his team...
Should clear all team problems...

Guys, I cant downloand the sandbox, I send my request at time and got one link that doesnt work, wg sent me a email telling that I can downloand the sandbox since the Wgc, but i cant find it any help??
ngl this looks like it's going to be alot of fun and it gives me more reason to get all the tech trees in the game grinded out. But I feel this will be a limited time game mode like frontline...
You lose credits, defenses are too strong damage/armor wise, 100 tickets to play strategist is too much, creating a bottleneck in the queue, I think the fun otherwise, but these changes need to be fixed

Really cool game mode lookin forward to more gameplay. Really hope that credit deficiency will be adjusted. Imagine playing to lose credits.

I tried it out too, I asked people what they think about this game mode, and they said that it’s hard to play as a strategist, which I can agree with. This is a fun game mode but only if you have at least 7 tier X vehicles :(

so this looks like lots of fun but they really need to up the credit gain from playing strategist and imo i wonder how easy its going to be if you use clanwar tactics in this mode as strategist...get high dpm tanks and just bumrush the lesser coordinated team.
So is this for an event that you have to play nonstop for 4 weeks to get some crazy reward or is it something that will stay permanently?

If i ever play commander I would always pick an arty and force it to drown at the beginning of the battle.
They should just select a random strategist if no one signs up within 30 seconds. Easy implemented and even if someone is unlucky and never gets it by chance they still can collect the intel to sign up as one.
Something tells me poor Dez isn't used to RTS cameras(!) xD

I got to play as the Strategist 2 times today and won both! sometimes when you are in the queue and are waiting for a long time it gives you a chance to play Strategist for free Without the tickets :)
This hd tho, my graphics are at lowest and there is 0 grass lol, Dez you should do a comparison with worst graphics vs your new rig!
I just played, strtegist is so OP, especially that pillbox, those stationary stuff just occupies all the strtegic points and getting the real dudes slaughtered. additionally, there is no Super Conqourer in the garage, and Kranvagn sucks
Dez on Asian server we do wait for multiple 5mins about 3 to 5 times to get into JUST ONE tier 1 game, SO there are NO NEW PLAYERS joining the game, even the ones invited to try out the game say they are not getting any games so they leave the game and DONT COME BACK.

Yes, it is a credit pit, you can lose a LOT of credits; but I hope they still let us use our own tier 10's from our own garage, as opposed to a separate game mode where you just have access to the entire tech tree and have to customize ur tanks. If I play as a tanker, for example, I wanna play with my tanks to grind exp. Even as a strategist, I still find it a great opportunity to grind 7 tanks' worth of crew exp or whatever in a single battle. That's like, the biggest win I could think of for this game mode.

I can give tip: use arty, bot in arty works well And its really usefull. Also u dont have to move arty XD

So what next? Sims for the commanders? Map editor from Minecraft?
I just don't see why you would want to play this as a tanker unless there are really good rewards.
This mode is sweet, just wish it was for tier 8(including Prems) and lowering the power of the static guns. Tier X is really expensive to do this in. All in all, fun as heck!

@@pa5287 it gives you creds and gold with some free xp if needed on the test server.
I was saying once it gets finalized and becomes part of the game, it's gonna be expensive to play tier X. I should've explained that. Sorry 🤪

This is just lifited and changed a bit from the Console edition which I adored. WG please keep this as a permanent game mode or reoccurring one.

these arty battery soo freakin strong. even using maus its can do 700 damage splash
its need some nerf, and pillbox soo strong too, 2k damage in 1 clip
Yes but if they arent dangerous, players would just rush them and bots are way to dumb to even rush someone without going into lemming mode

How can I play on test server, is it available to download?
You should have applied for an application in their article and they will select u if u have experience in tier 10 tanks and account should at least be 1 year old. If u are selected, WG will send u a mail saying u are selected. Then go to WG support and go to "Announcements" since their link was broken and follow the steps in their announcement. Note if u haven't applied and straight away gone to WG support to install it , it wont work since it will only work for accounts selected.
