The keke napep were banned from even stopping in front of island. I stay here lol, it’s a low key spot for the rich plus really private. This is a good spot if you are not a fan of noise and you don’t really wanna meet people. It’s safe and serene, I’ve been here for years and I don’t know that much people 😭plus when it comes to power supply that’s when you’ll really enjoy this place!
Okay, Eagle Island is okay. But I won't go as far as describing it as were the biggest people in Port Harcourt reside. The place needs some TLC by the state government to make it look better and befitting.
The parts of Port Harcourt with the highest concentration of affluence will be New GRA, Old GRA, Peter Odili area (inclusive of golf estate and Trans Amadi gardens).
Next category of districts in Port Harcourt will be Rumuogba estate/cocaine village, Rumibekwe estate (without including Shell RA and Total village), Agip estate/Ada George, Mgbuoba, new areas around Rukpokwu and Eliozu, parts of Woji town especially Alcon extension, Jacob's valley, etc. I'm this very category is where I would presently place Eagle Island.
It's decent but not outstanding by Port Harcourt standards.
I'd be happy if Eagle Island can be overhauled to look like the residential parts of Lekki phase 1 (complete with eateries, hotels, bars and ATM galleries).
They need to really clear some illegal structures here as well

This is exactly the standard I'm looking for, just more cleaning work needs to be done, I want place with lots of downstairs because is better for privacy, I don't like when the next neighbors always lookin inside ones compound even when you sit outside in the evening rolling your joints and people keep watching because they are upstairs. And also I like to have small garden in the back of my house for some small vegetables, and I have 3 dogs which I don't always want them to ease their self on the German floor always so I love this area. How much is a plot of land/cost of rent for 4 bedrooms self compound downstairs here? Thanks for the video sister
