Your attention to detail is amazing. You gave her a dress to wear, like a true gentleman. For some reason, I was reminded of Louis CK in that episode where he tries to fix a doll. That hilarious scene was the complete opposite of this.

Plastic porn model kit is probably how they would see it. At the very beginning he put up that warning "dear youtube, this is art". No less beautiful than a nude painting or sculpture.
It's the way things work. Guns, drugs, violence, fake videos, fake news, etc...is totally fine. But something like this oh no, walking on eggshells.
Or make this model to look like something you could not identify the gender CZcams would be okay.

You turned a bit of (hopefully inexpensive) shiny plastic into a work of almost photorealistic art. Nicely done.
A shame that textiles don't seem to scale down as well as a statue, figure or painted image. This sort of good work deserves some additional accessories. It's one of the places where 3D modelling really does have an advantage, not that even 3D printing could get results anywhere near this in the foreseeable future (components of plastic/polymer, ceramics and metals sure thing but i'm doubtful as to 3D printing anything close to this kind of detail work without a machine of absurd cost and surface complexity).
