Pork Chops | പോർക്ക് ചാപ്സ്
Preperation Time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking Time: 60-70 minutes

Ingredients
1. Pork - 500 gms
2. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp
3. Pepper Powder - 1 tsp + 1 tsp
4. Salt - as required
5. Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
6. Ginger Crushed - 1 tbsp
7. Garlic Crushed - 1 tbsp
8. Shallots - 7 nos
9. Green Chilli - 5 nos
10. Onion(big) - 1 no
11. Curry Leaves - 2 sprig
12. Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
13. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
14. Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
15. Garam Masala - 1 tsp
16. Vinegar/Lime juice - 1/2 tbsp

If you have mistaken a pork dish as chicken dish, the very purpose is lost. With due respect, would like to tell you that the taste of any pork dish comes from the cooking of fat, bone and meat together in required proportion.
You have used a lean meat which never adds flavour and it will never taste like a pork dish.

Hi Gem, Really appreciate your comment on this. As you may know Pork can be prepared in many ways and different countries cut the meat in different ways. I am currently in the US and we mostly get pork with less fat and we usually buy loin chop which will be lean in nature with low to no fat. And with all due respect I haven't mistaken this pork dish as a chicken dish. I suggest you to try this atleast one time and i am sure that you will love this dish as well.
