Thanks for this recipe which I tried yesterday. It was news to me that cooking time varies depending upon which place is the meat from 🙈
I used pork from Brazil, took 4 whistles in pressure cooker- yes, I tried this recipe in pressure cooker and turned out super yum! Also I substituted fresh coconut slices with coconut chips.
