★ 4K 🇨🇭Cab ride Landquart - St Moritz (1250m climb) with snowfall [02.2020]

- Thanks to Paolo, we are on yet another Rhaetian railway (RhB) journey in 4K quality, this time from Landquart to St. Moritz. Our initial altitude is 523m above sea level, which increases to 1775m by the time we reach our destination.
It's a mystic atmosphere as we make the climb, with boundless forests, patches of fog and snowfall all adding to the experience. Our goal is to release different versions of the same cab rides throughout the different seasons and weather conditions that we encounter here in Switzerland, so the viewer can experience and appreciate the vast array of what Switzerland has to offer.
Along the way, information about speed limits, tunnels, bridges, track projects and connecting tracks is provided for your pleasure. Enjoy your trip!

I watched this video two times and I enjoyed every second of it. This is the first video that I watched in which the majority of the ride featured snow fall. I was dazzled with the scenery and the ride itself. I was thrilled and delighted. THANK YOU for another wonderful production!!!

Beautiful ride through the mountains with long spooky tunnels.
It was a lovely train ride from a World of no snow into a World of snow. Great transition that showed the different weather facets of a lovely land. Just love seeing the locomotives and wagons doing their jobs upon a great railroad infrastructure.
Just wonderful. Paolo must wake up every day feeling so thankful that he gets to drive trains in this beautiful part of the world. 👍🏼

Liebe Grüsse aus Deutschland. Eine wunderbare Mitfahrt. Anhand diese Viedos sieht man ganz deutlich den Unterschied der SBB zur DB. Bei solchen Witterungsverhältnissen würde kein Zug in Deutschland fahren.😂😂😂

The scenery in Switzerland is so amazing.
Best ride so far. No noise in cabin.....quiet wipers....no driver noise......nice humming from train....no blasting of upcoming station over speakers. Just nice peaceful ride for a sunday morning. Thank you so much. Wish i could be there in person. Someday maybe. You are lucky to be livin in such a wonderful place. If any thoughts about coming to US......you can let that go. Not worth it.

@@lorirocks777 I just love using your videos for my relaxation and meditation time. So soothing and peaceful. Just so you know you are doing much more than just sitting there driving the train......if in fact you are the one who is driving. Each day I look forward to taking a nap with my cat, relaxing my whole body and just being at peace. I guess you just love your job. I would love doing that myself. Have a good day.
@@lorirocks777 I was wondering who is in control of the tracks.....when you go from one to another? Does the driver or is it controlled by something else? How do you know when you need to change tracks? I know...too many questions....but it really is very interesting to me.
@@ceecee3488 hey! It is all controlled by computers at a centre command place. Trains path are programmed and dispatchers can correct it if needed.
@@dellacapaolo Oh good....and do you know all the other drivers? Are there a lot of them? How many times do you go the same route a day? I'm assuming this is commuter train, which just goes from village to village and just makes a loop?Sorry.......too many questions. I will stop soon. Hopefully you are just sitting with morning coffee answering other people as well. A seemingly simple job with thousand questions!! lol
Many, many years ago, I was pickt up at Skurup Aerport! The plane lparked in Zurich and a incredible trip by train up to St Moritz for checking Ski Lift systems! This was a good trip in the snow. Thanks

Vielen Dank für die herrliche Mitfährt vom Vorfrühling im Prättigau bis in den Winter im Oberengadin. Die Strecken der Rhätischen Bahn sind spektakulär. Interessant ist der teilweise 2-gleisige Ausbau.
