Omg I’m glad this is just not me.. I started back running and it felt so weird lol my body was like what are you doing 😂😂
This is why I stay away from sports! lol I feel sore just doing outside yard work! lol jk We put my oldest daughter in softball when she was about 7-8 years old and she played up to her senior year in high school. She LOVES playing softball! She decided not to continue playing now that she is in college, she wants to focus on her studies. I miss watching her play. :)

Our bodies definatly change after becoming moms , my sport was always soccer but now i play with the kids and im dying after 10 minutes haha . Great video ladies

Most definitely ur body changes as u get older frfr. That’s why I started running I was like damn shit ain’t as easy as it used to be I gotta do somethin bout this 😂 running definitely has me back n shape tho. But to be both moms back at sports that’s dope! 💯

Soo I have pulled my groin muscle ans ma’am that’s a horrible feeling ... bad thing is once you pull it you are prone to pull it again ... but yeah I pulled mines in the middle of a dance competition and had to just keep going
