This was so beautiful!!! I would love to see you guys explore Ape Cave and the surrounding area with all the amazing Lava tubes! In WA near St. Helen's. Love your videos! I remember in our 'Costco' years you mentioned how your dream job would be a tour travel guide. Well, YOUR DOING IT!! And YOU ROCK IT! :)

Yes!!!! We would love to explore that area. Last time we tried it was all closed due to Covid but I’m sure it’s probably open now. You’re right! I’ve never thought of that, I’m totally a travel guide! Hahah. So happy you enjoy our videos.

Yay! Good to see you all out and about again. What a lovely spot! Somewhat surprised that you didn't need to deal with more snow. Here in the Bend area we had more snow cover than the past couple years and they are just beginning to open some of the trails in the mountains. Did you all encounter mosquitos? Our last visit to Diamond Lake there were a ton of them. But you didn't mention them in the video so maybe you are there early enough in the season? Looking forward to the rest of this trip. Hoping to get down in that area this year.

It’s such a beautiful area! Our first time there. We did encounter some mosquitos in one area but we didn’t stay long. Ha! There were some mosquitos where we stayed but they were pretty minimal. We were surprised about the lack of snow as well, but past the second lake we stayed at the rest of the trail was closed due to snow.
