- This video showcases the complimentary dining options on board MSC Virtuosa. The video includes menus for the main dining rooms, of which there is four on board MSC Virtuosa - Blue Danube, Minuetto, Symphony and Opera.
MSC allocates you a main dining room and either an early or late sitting.
There is also a huge buffet on Deck 15!

We are just back from a short Continental cruise,Germany,Holland and France and had a great time
as we were all inclusive with wine beer cocktails etc.The food in the Blue Danube restaurant was
quite enjoyable but with a very limited menu compared with the Market Place buffet.The variety of
choice and quality were out from this world and we cannot find fault,so if you go on one of these
cruises then do your eating at the buffet bars.

Hi David, I'm booked for the 24th March, do they get offended if I ask for a doggie bag or bring my own container , to eat the rest in my cabin - I can't eat a main meal (surgery)
I love the Buffet Market Place. Breakfast and Dinner always there, and then a cocktail from the pool bar

Are there any kid's menus for lunch and dinner aside from the first one I saw for breakfast?

Of course! You can eat in the buffet instead of the main dining rooms! The buffet is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner! It has much longer opening hours than the main dining rooms, typically.

The Blue Danube Restaurant is included, it is one of four main dining rooms which are included in your cruise fare.

All of the restaurants featured in this video are included, these are the main dining rooms (Blue Danube, The Opera, The Symphony and Minuetto) and the Marketplace Buffet.
Butchers Cut, Hola, Indochine, Kaito Teppanyaki and Sushi Bar are speciality dining venues. In addition, Il Campo is exclusively for guests with the Aurea package.
You will be usually be allocated a main dining room for either an early or late sitting, depending on your preference/availability at the time of booking.

Thank you! With so many restaurants I would expect that more would be included, but from my understanding only the 3 main dining (all the 3 are the same..)and the buffet, correct? I'm sorry for this question but normally cruise with other companies that have lots of venues included :)
Yes, that is correct! Whilst there are multiple main dining rooms, you will be allocated one for your evening dining! The menu will be the same across the main dining rooms! Usually at least one of these will be open for lunch but it may vary based on itinerary!
We have also cruised on a few other lines and are never that impressed with the complimentary options; however, for us MSC often offer fantastic itineraries and are good value for money so we would still consider sailing with the in the future!
@@Cruisewithdavidandkayleigh i understand, we cruise msc because of the itinerary 😉 I was expecting to have a snack in the promenade, for instance, like we do in Royal Caribbean, or that we could have more options to dine like in NCL. Thank you for clarifying 😉
I think they have a small snack/fast food area at the Atmosphere pool but it wasn’t open during our sailing, but we were on the very first UK sailing. It’s probably open now.

There is only ONE buffet restaurant for 6000 all inclusive passengers on 15 level and no other snack bars and you have to come and to join ques again for a simple snack if you are on any other level.I went hungry for several nights as I forgot to eat after the show , couldn't be bother to go 15 floors up.This should NEVER happen on a cruise ship in fact last few ships actually overfed me especially Royal Carribbean.Also in galleria there are only few lounges with only 50 seats each.I did not get a seat for my family after 6 pm all of seven days .This is glorified mall with nowhere to sit for six thousand passengers,all the space taken up by designer expensive shops and paid fine dining restaurants.There is even a chocolate factory taking up space next to dance venue and you have to stand and watch poor workers making truffles while you are having good time.I did enjoy the cruise on this fancy as I am on alcohol free diet and went to bed early as I can't stand too long and watch BBC because I wouldn't pay for dreary Hollywood offerings.
I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on MSC Virtuosa, it is a beautiful ship and we were fortunate to sail with only 1000 passengers on board! For us the complimentary dining options are not the best on MSC and do not compare well to other lines, but MSC offer a good range of itineraries and are mostly very good value for money.
I didn't say I had bad time only pointed out that cruise companies should put more seats and toilets and snack outlets on their brand new ships instead of putting in designer shops and fancy restaurants.Honestly old people can't be expected to stand in these malls and just enjoy the beauty.
