We went on a boat trip to White Island just a few minutes offshore of Camiguin Island.
Now this place is probably the most popular tourist spot here on Camiguin island however the tourists only really visit at 5am-8am when the sun isn't too harsh!
So obviously we went at 3pm and we managed to pretty much get White Island to ourselves, let me tell you it was absolutely stunning.
If you like beach paradises and crazy turquoise blue water this place is for you 🇵🇭

Absolutely love the Philippines. You just can’t get over with its stunning nature and picturesque landscapes. The people are so friendly and fun loving. Hospitality is unparalleled and they speak excellent English. The Philippines is underrated tbh.
It's beautiful yeah! For me though the hospitality is alot better in other countries round here but the nature makes up for that
Xin Chao from Vietnam. The sandbar was reshaped by strong typhoons throughout the years though, have been there many times. It's simply the best place whenever you visit Camiguin (slang means 'come again').

Tons of memories came flooding back when I saw Camiguin's silhouette as you stood on White Island's shore. Same spot I always was decades ago. Best time to be there would either be at dawn, before sunrise, or at mid-afternoon, a couple of hours before sunset.

Feel so good to see your exploring places which arent exposed much by other foreign vloggers. Yah Philippines has alot of stunning white beaches. Though you arent a beach persons but still its good to see your enjoying it so much.

@@EllisWR yah. Mindanao part isnt much explored by tourist coz of the news about war and caotic situations. But I believe they have so much to offer for tourist. Havent been to any place in Mindanao yet but hopefully soon

Glad you went to White Island even though you aren't beach people. I'm guessing though that you chose Camiguin because of all the volcanoes there, just as you went to Bicol for its volcanoes. Because you like "volcanic" (hot and spicy) food too. 🌋😆
Perhaps those people clicking away at their cameras have already been there before and just wanted to take photos this time. I try not to jump to conclusions right away coz we don't always know the back story of things we see. Just my 2-cents worth. :)
Ahaha we don't hold back. In other parts of the world people are not glued to their phones taking pictures it's crazy here we did some boat tours and I swear people only saw the islands through their phone screens. We're old school!
