- Special film of the 2013 Roux Scholarship shown at the 30th Anniversary award ceremony. Contains excerpts from the 10-part TV series produced by Cactus TV that aired on UKTV's Watch channel in June 2013. It documents the journey of 18 semi-finalists to 6 chefs (Dion, Eddie,Kyle, Ollie, Paul & Tom) who cook 'Salmon Chambord style with Sauce Genevoise' to compete for the title that sees Paul O'Neill crowned the winner.
What a privilege to watch two Michelangelo's in their kingdom of art, Thank you.
Seriously, this is probably the greatest scholarship of any kind anywhere. It seems like you are part of the extended Roux family if you succeed, and that's just incredible.
Some of the winners have had terrible times during the promised stage. just sayin.
The winner trained with Pierre Gaignaire, what a dream start to a chef's career!!!
Even more dreamy, you can choose any 3 Michelin star, anywhere on the planet
goodness, if they have put all the details this show is going to be better than the Master Chef.
Surely it is
Ugh..thats such a difficult dish to cook
Imagine being the fish!
What is in the bottom of the pan that they use to cook the potatoes in? 8:18

who's the better cook in your opinion alain or michel?
Me mum
I normally don't like fish... But I'd be all over that one...
Wow, Michel Roux Jr has the same phone as me! I bet that's the most trivial fact you've read today.
This was filmed 6 years a go. Time to treat yourself to a new a phone, if you haven't already!
i thought you should never use oily fish bones for sauces and soups
That rule doesn't apply when it is going with an oily fish, as is the case here.
This would be so easy if you were two three star chefs
So no fish n chips today, eh?
michel roux is the worst chef in the Roux family with the most to prove lol
WHY DON'T I SEE MORE BLACK PEOPLE GOING FOR THIS SCHOLARSHIP: IT CAN'T BE THAT NO BLACK PEOPLE ARE NOT LEARNING CULINARY TECHNIQUES: THEIR ARE MANY WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS: BUT; MAYBE THIS SCHOLARSHIP DOESN'T RECOGNIZE OTHERS: MORE DIVERSITY: THAT IS MY PROBLEM: I RESPECT THE ROUX FAMILY BUT; IT CAN'T BE:
Black people just aren't really into classical French cuisine, as much as white, brown, and yellow people are. Don't be a fake victim.
There is black people who win Roux Scholarship in 2000. Check out the Roux Scholarship 2016 video. 😊
