Day 1: Heard it atleast 15 times. I checked my eyes before I went to sleep and they were much lighter than before I took a picture of before and I noticed a huge change in color.

Be patient everyone! Your results WILL come! For me personally, it helps to listen to the sub for a week, then take a 2-3 day break, then repeat. I started seeing better results that way! But it's different for everyone!
