For example: "My eyes are very light" "my eyes are becoming even more lighter" "I have light green eyes"(I'm only using the color I want, you can select any eye color you want.) Etc. UPDATE : GUYS THIS WORKS ! I LISTENED THIS FOR 10 DAYS (generally 2 times a day) AND MY EYES ARE LIKE 3 TIMES LIGHTER THAN THEY WERE BEFORE. AND SOMEHOW THEY'RE GLOWING TOO ? This is day 2 of listening to this sub my eyes hurts a bit and I'm having a slight headache in the eye area but the insane part is I feel like my vision got better! (I wear glasses)
I'm not gonna look in the mirror so I don't obsess over the results but when I look I avoid looking into my eyes instead I'll wait for someone to notice my eyes

Current eyes: a very dark brown you can't see my pupils
Desired eyes: a shiny gray color
Day 3: no visible change in my iris but my eyelashes got thicker and my eyes look more symmetrical (they're naturally asymmetrical)
Day12: I kinda ruined my no mirror challenge lol I'll try to go back to it I took a break from the sub for 3 days now I'm back my eyes did get a little lighter but it's not that noticeable
