Customized, 12 inch Cube Vacuum Chamber, Front Loading, with USB, and Wire Vacuum Feedthrough

This is our front loading, Hinged Side Door, 12 inch Wide, 12 inch Deep, 12 inch High Custom acrylic vacuum chamber. Every single one of our chambers comes with two 1/4 inch NPT valves (one for vacuum, the other one for venting). We also include a dial vacuum gauge that is dual scale in inHg and kPa. Our Front loading vacuum chambers come with a lid handle and clamps along with adjustable door hinges.
The O-Ring grove is a precision routed dovetail grove that will allow you some flexibility when it comes to O-ring sizing. The dovetail pattern keeps the O-Ring properly fitted and sealed and is one of the reasons why our acrylic vacuum chambers are rated to 0.075 Torr (absolute pressure) and beyond.
This particular vacuum chamber comes with a couple of modifications. First we have a wire vacuum feedthrough. There are 12 wires that are 18 Gauge that you can utilize to run electrical signal and power from the outside of the vacuum chamber towards the inside of the vacuum chamber at full vacuum. The second vacuum feedthrough is a USB feedthrough. This feedthrough enables you to connect a USB cable from the outside and from the inside without compromising your vacuum rating. The third feedthrough is a custom thread of M20 x 1.5 that our customer will use to connect their own vacuum probe to perform the test.
