- In this bass fishing challenge I went to Walmart and built my own $15 Walmart fishing kit! Budget fishing challenges are so much fun and sometimes put up a good fishing challenge. Building my own $15 Walmart fishing kit was a blast and I definitely want to do it again! I believe it was worth the extra money to build your own Walmart fishing kit so you get to pick what budget bass fishing lures you want in the fishing kit! Definitely speed craw or senko! Awesome way to way to make a Goto kit. Would suggest using ziplock snackbags to keep the plastics from drying out. Plus you can add a splash of sauce to them.
Maybe do another kit with a few more bucks and add a Frog, popper, spinnerbait, squarebill and a chatterbait.
Love the budget fishing kits,you have inspired me to use soft plastics.

Love your videos! I've learned alot and enjoy your enthusiasm! I've always fished but never really messed with alot of different baits, but I'm learning how to use and rig different lures. I like the senko junebug.

Love the video Noah, my favorite bass lure is any Texas rigged soft plastic. Bandito bug is my fave right now but love the senko too. Keep up the great vids bruh!
That junebug senko is my favorite in the box. My favorite bass bait is now a chatterbait with a swimbait trailer thanks to watching your videos. It gave me the confidence to try it and I have had a ton of success on it!

Hey there. I had trouble sleeping last night, so I binged a bunch of your content, and because of your budget challenges I asked my wife to pick a number between 5 and 30(not know what she was picking) and she gave me 23. So I just got back from Walmart with my 23 dollars of tackle (I spent 23.51) and can't wait to try my luck. I haven't fished In a long time due to life, so wish me luck.

My favorite lure is finesse jigs, and senkos Texas, or wacky rigged. I like 3/8 ounce finesse jigs because you can fish them all year round, great for flipping, catch fish when they are picky and only want to eat a smaller presentation, catch em all the time lol

My go to is a jig can’t go wrong throwing a jig it can be so versatile. You can swim it drag it skip it flip it pitch it, and the bigens love em.

I don’t have a favorite yet...still on the bench but getting off soon. (I’ve been trying to be a good student while I’m inactive.). I live near a brackish water so I’m thinking I will really like the senko type worms.

If you fish like i do, you know the smaller and less stuff the better. I’ve added a photo of just some of my gear so you can see how serious i am about fishing.
I’ve been fishing the last few days with pretty much the same setups and I’ve gotten skunked 3 days in a row. I’m in Oklahoma so I know things are different, but still. Favorite bait right now is a old Mann Lil Mann III square bill crankbait. Only thing I’ve caught fish on this year.

I thought I was the only one who uses a uni knot for bass fishing. But it’s a solid knot me and my dad use it for deep sea fishing.

Noah, do you use braid only for topwater? I see you use fairly light line as well in your videos (14-17 pound fluoro). I am always woried about loosing a monster so i use braid on all my reels with a 24 pound fluoro leader. I also feel that braid casts better and you feel the bite a lot easier. However, i am worried that i am limiting my success ratio by usong only braid.

My favorite lure would probably be a popper and a rooster tail would be a strong second. I have been bass fishing for many years and not once have I ever thought to try any sort of plastic worm or anything Texas rigged.
