I fell upon Guy Winch's Ted Talk a few weeks ago and I've been listening to him ever since. His explanations on heartbreak make so much sense and have been helping me tenfold as I am going through a very difficult situation at the present time. Definitely thinking of purchasing his book. 🙏🏻

divorce vs. break ups from long term relationship … break ups are more often harder to cope i think. divorce are hard because all the financial issue.
