You need ABN to work with Ubereats. You can apply for ABN without TFN but you might have to provide some id later to prove your identity
My family name is blank in my passport and full name is in Given name..but for TFN it is mandatory to family name ...what should I do?

You can only apply after arriving in Australia as you need Australian address to apply for it.

You can find it via any notice of assesment if you lodged your tax return or my gov or payment summary from employer. Lastly, call ATO if you still can't find it. Hope that helps.
