( I have made few edits to this preset, I turned off both LiftGammaGain and Colourfulness and I turned on LumaSharpen )

Hey I just wanted to say that I'm really glad you included a room for the RA. I'm kinda sad they didn't add that as a feature in university because I feel like it's a cool part of the college experience. Getting busted for parties isn't fun but I feel like it would have been a cool game mechanic and a cool part time job for sims to have. I was excited to hear you talk about it and include it in your build :)
You should make an apartment for parents, where they’re young adult child still lives with them and they are messy
The comedian chef is an amazing idea :D
I can like imagine this guy really wanting to be a comedian but their parents are against it because it's not really a safe career (as you said in the vid) and he decides on becoming a chef. He keeps his comedian stuff up, though after college or towards the end he has to focus on his degree. He becomes quite famous, has his own restaurant and keeps on bantering with his workers and the guests. And a TV channel decides to make a TV show on this restaurant and he finally gets the chance to really show his potential and creates amazing dishes while joking around a lot :D I would watch a show like this probably xD

Your idea of RA rooms is basically accurate- I think it depends on which dorm they live in & what year(s) they’re supervising. When I was a sophomore in college, I shared a suite with our RA. She had her own room but shared the bathroom with me & my roommate!

these dorm rooms are better than my own room lol. and in turkey, dorms are very popular. im in highschool and i live in a dorm but it is so bad i wish i would live in your build :(
You could make the purple room for a Communications major because the butterfly made me think of “social butterfly!” Just a suggestion. I LOVED this build! Great work! 💜
It would've been interesting to see a room decorated for a sim that is at the university for the villany classes
I lived in a dorm in Germany, but here they are basically tiny one person appartments with a mini kitchen and a small bathroom. Most don't have common areas. But there was a party room in mine. At least I was told so, I was never there, because I am nerdy bookworm. 😁
The reaserch computers can only be used to learn skills and for the law career, not for university work and like a normal computer.

RAs at my university had single dorms! Its since taking a job like that would pay for your room and board. Also you can request a single or if you have health issues, you might be able to get one. I couldn't handle roommates due to my own health but I had a single for 3 years of my time in Uni.

When I was in college back in the fall of 1977 to when I left in 1980, we had boys dorms and girls dorms, and there was a resident assistant on each floor. So, yes, RA's were around back then. Now, not so sure.

In regards to the roommate system, at all the colleges I applied to, (and the one I attend) you can either choose your own roomate or fill out a questionaire and the college will match you with someone who they think will be compatible. So it’s not totally random like in movies!

This looks great! I've actually been thinking of building a Foxbury dorm using the new Eco Lifestyle windows. A lot of the furniture from that pack works nicely for dorms too, like the new single beds.

Dawn... you can choose your roommate in college. I met mine over FB and currently on vacation with her right now, she and I are very similar but have our differences😂

You should totally create youre own apartment building. You can do it on a regular lot. It may not function as apartments but it would be really nice to see a multifloor appt building. Idk just a thought.
what computer do you build on I need help with computer suggestions that allow sims 4 and roblox
You can do areas only for specific Sims by locking doors.
You should do a video where you actually make the students that live in the dorms. That sounds like a fun idea.
U should do a room for an architect or interior designer type sim :)
Can a dorm only be built in a specific map? How bout an apartment?
I just placed this build into my game and for whatever reason it says that it doesn’t fit all of the requirements. The only way to make it fit the reqs would be to delete all toilets, beds, and sinks. What should I do?☹️

BUT overall the build is extremely cool and the exact type of video I was looking for with some unexpected stuff
It would be cool if we could build apartment buildings and set different rooms/apartments as their own lot. Rather more custom apartment type of thing
RAs are definitely a thing. I was one for a semester and we did actually get our own rooms. Was not worth it tbh
