I see why you're confused, but it was Carlos's game plan to leave it in the hands of the judges. Diaz went in there planning to finish Condit, and he could've gone wild and finished the fight in the later rounds (which might have even got him knocked out). But if Diaz is so concerned with putting on a show, that wouldn't have mattered to him. After thinking about it, I think Diaz is a better fighter technically, but Condit proved better by perfectly implementing a better, more boring strategy.

Well, she did abu dhabi at 60kg which is 132lbs and that was in 2009, and she was still quite big then and fighting at 145lbs, it can be done if the cut is done right, and she loses a bit of muscle during this period shes off

That day won't come about until somebody finishes Nick Diaz, which very likely will not happen. Try and empathize. Sure, we've got an assembly of people still complaining about the fight, but the fact remains that Carlos made comments about Nick not being able to handle his power, and yet Nick did the most damage, moved forward the entire time and achieved every dominant position on the ground. All things considered, he deserves his praise. Condit is a killer, and Nick made him look scared.

I can admit when I'm wrong, I have NO problem with that! You can't say "regardless of what is says on paper", because that's what's going down in history, what we say doesn't mean SHIT! I missed this weekends fights, so I can't comment on that. I feel Silva will win, I think he learned his lesson from the first fight. I picked Sonnen to upset Silva in their first fight, I picked wrong, but felt good about my prediction due to the way Sonnen fought, because I knew he'd fight that way.

I know you're 14, but you should still know how to use punctuation. If he lost, why did he get his hand raised? Why do wikipedia and every other media outlet show he won? I know you really wanted Diaz to win and I'm sure you think he was screwed out of that decision, but Condit won. Nick could have adapted (like smart fighters do) and chased Condit, but he slowly stalked him instead. If he didn't drop out of school in the 9th grade, he might be more intelligent.
Hopefully, one day in the future, UFC fans will be able to watch UFC-related videos online without the top comments always being about an alternate reality where Nick Diaz won the decision against Carlos Condit. One day...

No, Nick didn't do more damage. Carlos' face looked far better than Nick's did at the end of that fight, and despite what Nick said about the leg kicks, I guarantee his legs were on ice after that fight. "Achieved every dominant position on the ground?" He had ONE takedown the entire fight and in the final round. Nick is a striker and attempted to take the fight to the ground 'cause he couldn't impose his striking on Carlos. And yet, Carlos is the only one "point fighting"? Please...

Actually, what I think is all that matters to me, regardless of what the history books say. If I feel that Fighter A beat Fighter B, yet Fighter B got the nod in the history books... I'll still look back at it & say, nope - the decision was wrong & Fighter A won... regardless of what it says on paper. It's like Kos vs. Hendricks, I picked Hendricks - but since I feel that Kos won, then to me - Kos won & it doesn't matter what the history books say. I have my own history book of TRUTH.

This doesn't make much sense at all. Pretty much all of the best fighters in the UFC are very good at one of 3 things; BJJ, kick-boxing and muay thai. Sure there are plenty of good boxers and wrestlers in the UFC, but I think it is far from dominated by those to facets of fighting.
Dana likes here because 1) she is very good looking 2) she is a good fighter 3) she speaks well in front of the media this all equals $ Dana is just a business man she is perfect for women's MMA
