      If you have money set aside for breakdowns you will never go out of business.. UNLESS there is a parts shortage. Which is what put me out of business during COVID.

      Yes I use ELD. There is no way around it if you want to be in compliance

    my main question is how to schedule your employess and how much should i pay them would he best to do post a truck for there schedule everyday or just find loads and whats a good rate per mile

      Peace family….they just introduced that rule to combat “day one” carriers from flooding the market. There’s no real way around it unfortunately except running until you hit that 6 month mark. Hope this helps.

      ​@@2ndBattBigSargso check this out bro I got a question if youll answer it I got my DOT and it's been active for like 2 years but I never obtained a MC ever but I need the MC to get on Amazon relay would Amazon accept me right after I get my MC because technically my DOT has been active for 2 years

    I got a question though how would I get commercial insurance on a rental vehicle It seems like nobody has this answer If anybody on here can answer that please let me know That's the only thing right now holding me back every time I call these people they tell me the same exact thing I tell him I got the rental truck that don't work for them they can't insure a truck that's already insured I've already called budget and they don't help at all

      Yes get your LLC THEN YOUR MC , your mc will allow you to work with broker’s through your business instead of looking at your driver license

    Let me get this straight you never operated a box truck but once or run the daily requirements of the business but you’re teaching people how to run their business y’all be careful out buying these courses.

      You should research how business works. Most bosses never did the work the workers do. Do you think the CEO of UPS or FED EX drove and load trucks. You’re thinking from a worker standpoint. Once you understand the difference you will see the bigger picture. Im 3 million in and 3 years. Goat 🐐

      @@BoxTruckShawty Congrats on your success grossing 3 million in 3 years selling these Amazon box truck courses to innocent people who don’t know better you didn’t make that from Amazon box trucking the margin is too slim especially in your case not doing the work yourself which means your overhead is going to higher drivers pay, fuel cost, insurance, rental fees plus additional mileage cost. The average Amazon load or contract is around $300-600 per day.

      Monthly Gross
      $12,000
      Expense Monthly
      Rental $3000
      Driver pay $5000
      Insurance $1300
      Profit $2700
      Even with running 20 box trucks running Amazon 5 days a week on a yearly basis you would only net $648,000 after expenses. The numbers don’t add up men lie women lie numbers don’t it’s simple how can you teach someone something you never did all business owners/
      CEO build their companies from the ground up how else are you going to know the daily operations and understand the best way to scale that’s business 101. You can make more money working at McDonald/amazon than renting a box truck and hiring a driver. That message is going to ruin a lot of people’s life and put in a hard financial position to be successful in business.
