Could you please pass this on to the Hajj administration. People who have never done Hajj should have FIRST priority. People can go do Umrah a million times, but someone going for Hajj a 2nd time, is taking the spot of someone who is trying to go for the 1st time. And how many times a person has applied, but did not get to go, should be taken into account. This is very easy to keep track of, if people reuse the same Nusuk usernames. The way it is being done now, does NOT benefit the hujjaj nor does it help Muslims fulfill their religious obligation.

There is mention in some of your packages that maybe the high spped rail will be used. But no gaurantee of high speed rail transportation, right?

I have preferred package since 2 and half months, paid SAR 23000. system nusuk is having an error. not accepting balanced full amount. called 5 times nusuk, 30 times emailed them with ticket id. not satisfactory response

Is it still likely before Wednesday?
How we will know that one special hour of booking? Is someone will tell us that in such hour will be packages alive and ready for purchase!

Yes load based on the package you are trying to buy add it to cart and see total amount including flight.
Try to top up with some buffer if possible
Salam Alikom, thanks Allah I was blessed for being able to purchase a package from NUSUK site, are they going to send me E-Visa through email? Or do I have to apply for it?

Last year they had provided a form for applying for visa it should be similar. That process has not started yet

How your payment went through? I paid 23000 SAR a few months ago on Nusuk Hajj, but now the rest of it is not going through and keeps getting error. Can help how you got to the e-visa step? Did you not get error?
Visa process hasn’t started yet. If payment if not going through contact fraud department if your credit card company. Most likely it is getting flagged
Salam, I made one account for my dad and added mum in family but when i choose a package they ask 2 rooms and 2 tickets? but there is just one price of the package it's one package per person right?? I'm confused how much to put in the Ewallet
It’s not two rooms, it one bed in a quad / double occupancy room.
So if you select quad and have two people in family you will have two beds and there will be two more people on the room sharing
Add everyone hotel and flight that will tell you total amount needed
Salaam, if there is little bit shortage in the ewallet can we able to purchase and pay it the next day.
I understood that we will need to pay the full amount at once. So better to not leave room for doubts and have enough in the e-wallet already.

If you go to ewallet there is a withdraw option
How do I select packages for family members please?
If you are part of one family you will select same
Package for all. Add hotel occupancy based on number of people in family
JazaakAllahu khayran for responding. When I select a package, I don’t have an option to select how many people it’s for until I get to hotel bed selection, even though the packages say “per person.” The configuration says for 2 people, but it seems I’m only paying for one package but 2 of everything else. I hope that makes sense. Is this correct?

@@HouseOfDeen JazakAllah....i have sent the request and awaiting admin approval....also i am new to nusuk aspects so if there was a Guidance 1 chat i can be added to so that i can start from the basics of package booking then that would be great :) If this cannot happen and my questions can be answered in Guidance 2 chat then that is fine :)

@@HouseOfDeen JazakAllah...i will start preparing today InshaAllah with the hajj preparations from uk for me and my wife....is there a way to follow a chat group or a singular chat where i can ask questions as the current chat only allows to receive updates and youtube is not feasible for this aspect....i need guidance from scratch so any steer or direction for this will be highly appreciated....JazakAllah once again
