If youâre looking for a little bit of country close to the suburbs of Fort Worth or looking for a new home in a master-planned community at a little lower cost, Iâd like to introduce Haslet Texas. Located 15 miles north of Downtown Fort Worth is the city of Haslet, a once-sleepy town that is growing at a frantic pace. Letâs take a closer look at Haslet, Texas!
I live in the Wellington community and felt like you could have done a better job describing the beauty of the neighborhood. It doesn't have to have overpriced homes for a million dollars to be beautiful. It's one of the only neighborhoods with walking trails, statues, more than one pond, a lighthouse, plenty of trees, and much more. It's a wonderful neighborhood - more than cute.
Hi Dana!
Thank you for this video about Haslet! Very informative. Hubby and I watched together. When we were there a few weeks ago, we took your advice and went to Le Tara Grill and then we drove around. Lots of building going on that country town!!! I think Haslet could be a diamond in the rough.
It was a pleasure to meet you and family. We will keep you posted on any developments for us in that area.
Thanks again.
Are the grocery stores and the Costco fairly close? Thanks
Yes, just about 8-10 minutes away.
So glad you loved it! And it was great meeting you!
Iâm a country girl, so I like Haslet! Good job as always, Dana! âïž
Thank you!
thanks for the info .. how is northstar community?
I used to live in Van Zandt back in 2002. We had a house built
That's awesome!
Hi Dana Great video!đ did you look at or
Know anything about about the NorthStar housing community in north west Haslet? Thanks
Yes, it's a great up-and-coming community! I almost included it in this video. It has a great price point too. The neighborhood I wouldn't recommend is the new D R Horton Bridgeview because its right on the freeway.
And the lots and streets are extremely tight in Bridgeview.
Forgot to mention Sendera Ranch , 3 community pools, elementary school in the community and in the $250k - $415k
This vid is for move up buyers.
Nice video. What do you think about ascend in Justin Crossing?
Good video just I only agree that willow springs and letara and I suggest the meadow â€â€
Great suggestion! Thanks Caylee!
And itâs super big and busy
What about Northstar community?
Just found out that haslet is surrounded by oil wells. Will it be a health hazard for the residents?
I donât think so I live in haslet
I am thinking about moving to Sendera ranch in Haslet. Any thoughts about the location, the homes? It was not mentioned in your video. Thanks for the help! Love your videos!
Sendera Ranch is a very large neighborhood- it's little out of the way and there's a lot of variety of homes, from cheaper entry level homes to custom homes. There's a lot of varying opinions about that area!
Are the prices listed for each tour per person and how long are the tours in terms of days?
Yes, per person and each lasts about 5-6 hours. If you work with our team you get it all credited back to you at closing. Thanks!
Omg everyone lives in willow springs also I suggest the meadow thereâs a house for sell there
Thanks for your suggestion! You're right- willow springs is pretty popular.
Traffic, congestion, trains, planes, loud pickups and armpit of fort worth and like living in hell
Man it has definitely become congested for sure.
Quiet as can be in and around Watercress and Sweetgrass.
I love letara grill
Omg the vines is so expensive we tried moving there
And watercress
Lived in Sendera ranch for 6 years and we moved last year so somewhere in the mid metroplex area and Iâve got to say those neighborhoods have gotten 10000% worse with crime. I lived on mainstayway a street down from the cop that got shot and there was recently a house and car that was set on fire because of a school altercation and a bunch of teenagers carrying knives and guns around threatening other people in the neighborhood, also the new homes Lennar is making⊠well they are quite and quote âmonopoly homesâ they are all the same crappy cheap quality homes with nothing but a tiny Step and a back door cover to the backyard, I loved the house I had in Haslet, especially our pool but if I could just take our house with up but go to a different city I would have. In conclusion I probably wouldnât recommend Haslet
Iâm sorry but itâs not like country life is actually super busy now â€â€
Yes, it has gotten a little on the crazy side rush hour!
I already live in haslet đ
That's awesome!
