    If you’re looking for a little bit of country close to the suburbs of Fort Worth or looking for a new home in a master-planned community at a little lower cost, I’d like to introduce Haslet Texas. Located 15 miles north of Downtown Fort Worth is the city of Haslet, a once-sleepy town that is growing at a frantic pace. Let’s take a closer look at Haslet, Texas!

    I live in the Wellington community and felt like you could have done a better job describing the beauty of the neighborhood. It doesn't have to have overpriced homes for a million dollars to be beautiful. It's one of the only neighborhoods with walking trails, statues, more than one pond, a lighthouse, plenty of trees, and much more. It's a wonderful neighborhood - more than cute.

    Hi Dana!
    Thank you for this video about Haslet! Very informative. Hubby and I watched together. When we were there a few weeks ago, we took your advice and went to Le Tara Grill and then we drove around. Lots of building going on that country town!!! I think Haslet could be a diamond in the rough.
    It was a pleasure to meet you and family. We will keep you posted on any developments for us in that area.
    Thanks again.

    Hi Dana Great video!😃 did you look at or
    Know anything about about the NorthStar housing community in north west Haslet? Thanks

    • @movingtotexas
      @movingtotexas  Pƙed 2 lety +1

      Yes, it's a great up-and-coming community! I almost included it in this video. It has a great price point too. The neighborhood I wouldn't recommend is the new D R Horton Bridgeview because its right on the freeway.

      And the lots and streets are extremely tight in Bridgeview.

      Sendera Ranch is a very large neighborhood- it's little out of the way and there's a lot of variety of homes, from cheaper entry level homes to custom homes. There's a lot of varying opinions about that area!

    Lived in Sendera ranch for 6 years and we moved last year so somewhere in the mid metroplex area and I’ve got to say those neighborhoods have gotten 10000% worse with crime. I lived on mainstayway a street down from the cop that got shot and there was recently a house and car that was set on fire because of a school altercation and a bunch of teenagers carrying knives and guns around threatening other people in the neighborhood, also the new homes Lennar is making
 well they are quite and quote “monopoly homes” they are all the same crappy cheap quality homes with nothing but a tiny Step and a back door cover to the backyard, I loved the house I had in Haslet, especially our pool but if I could just take our house with up but go to a different city I would have. In conclusion I probably wouldn’t recommend Haslet
