Degu Shouting About Nothing

- One of our 16 week old female degus shouting about nothing.
Updated: I considered removing all my videos but I’m leaving them up, especially this one as sadly our three Degus are no longer with us.
For anyone curious this is a scared shout and was caused by shadows from birds going past the window.
The degu must be scared of something... They usually only shout like this if they're scared
Yes. For anyone curious we realised she was scared by the shadow of a bird flying past the window. After that we made sure the window was either covered or they played in another location.

No they squeak when chatting to there self or just bitching and moaning hahah my old man had 3 of these little cuties well squeaker wasn't small he was a lil chonkers but so cute smart adorable creatures

The first week we got our degus they got absolutely terrified when a fly entered the house

Sadly they passed away of natural causes a little over a year ago.
