Oh wait, I just realize maybe the original DB EP3 and EP4 VCD that I own it was actually did by the Speedy Dub (As that VCD did shows Speedy logo in it), but it seem like I already lost the VCD for a long time ago.

I never heard the Chinese VCDs before... the BGM+sfx actually sound pretty decent quality-wise, from what I can tell.
