Hello all and welcome back to another Dragon Ball Discussion. The question posed here today. Would it be cool to bring back Scouters for the citizens of Earth?
It would be great as Power scale in Dragon Ball Super doesn't make any sense right now. On the other hand, they would never reintroduce it as they would have to start caring about power scale(aka more work)
