- Air Crash Investigation Qantas Flight 32 | Qantas Flight 32 was a Qantas scheduled passenger flight that suffered an uncontained engine failure on 4th November 2010 and made an emergency landing at Singapore Changi Airport.
I’ve never been so stressed watching an investigation
thats why Qantas have a very good safety record. Dispite this incident, it's a very good airliner and this crew did a very good job !
The three incidents off the coast of WA .. watch that episode
This is a underrated video it should have more views, likes and comments.
These pilots all deserve major recognition medal nominations, hopefully been awarded already
- We'll be fine. No worries at all.

Ahh, the perfect video to fall asleep to. Thank you CZcams for the recommendation
Also flight is considered the worlds safest mode of transport until a tiny little detail missed by even the best of the best is over looked
Salute the pilots for getting a massive plane with 40-50 tones over their max landing weight on the ground
The response from the pilots is a testament to the leadership of Alan Joyce
The crew of Qantas 32 are heroes, especially I consider Richard de Crespigny a true legend, this is world-class crewwork and the feats of de Crespigny is simply legendary IMHO 🤩😍😇😎
He should be Sir. Richard de Crespigny 😇
This was an amazing bit of flying and teamwork. Richard de Crespigny has only ever been recognized by his peers and I really don't understand why he was not nominated of an Order of Australia.
The A380 remains my favourite plane to fly on.
He was awarded the Order of Australia?
I always hear Dustin Hoffman's voice when Qantas is talked about, although he wasn't strictly correct.
This was an amazing show of their skills though.
I didn’t know you posted this Lewis
Excellent pilot.
Too much automation and complex instrumentation. A marvel of engineering none the less. What can we say about the skills and calmness of the pilots? Qantas has a reputation for having the best pilots in the world, their safety record speaks for itself
Too much of suspense and panic been created.
One question for the script of this movie:
How can you use the Engine Fire Extinguisher for Turbine O/H( Internal Fire )
Engine Fire Extinguisher is used for external fire.( Nacelle area fire )
Wow those people were so good at flying
Excellent airman ship..👍
Wow.,
Did he pass the yearly test?!
the first officer looks like tobuscus
I Have Something Cool To Tell You So When I Was On A Flight On A Qantas 737 One Of The Flight Attendants Dad Was The Second Officer On The Flight!
❤❤❤❤❤
Richard is the pride of all types of machine operators in Australia us truck drivers look up to him
Quanta Costa..=How Much does it cost..
What do you mean titanic of the sky?
Cause the A380 is the biggest passenger plane in the world
Bloody big Iceberg? 🧊
How this survived the copyright?
Bro
No clue but I ain't gonna complain
This show above from season 3 is copyrighted and i cant explain how was this not taken down
This video was uploaded in 2016 so I'm kinda surprised it hadn't been taken down yet lol
@@randy1189 Thats what im talking about. Its a unique case to see episode from upper seasons with perfect audio and video still here non restrickted
Yep I want to fly with them
Yep 👍🏻 to good 😊
Because Australians have not had any airplane crashes and I'm Australian
CringeY Cheese
CringeY Cheese funny how Straya is such a materialistic country and we cop flack
But true to the Aus way double and triple check everything nowadays, we particularly lead the world in science medicine, very proud how this crew handled it
Guess we aren't entirely a bogan burnout nation
"Straya mate" 👌😊
Walk !
I guess the captain passed his yearly evaluation, hah. But seriously, great job.
"Simulator from hell", that's what the whole incident looked like, but obviously it happened in real life. That's also why it's important to train many different scenarious with a simulator, because this kind of an incident definitely can happen, even though it's very unlikely to happen to you.
Nope. Their were a number of checks they didn't get to do so he was not able to be passed.
any joe soap digging holes on the side of a road knows to pump foam into a engine to put out a fire not water
very complicated landing😂😂 awesome!
Yeah bru
qantas 32 story is not one of there finest hours its just a warning of what is to come.
1:54 1:56 would not fly any other air line feel safe with qantas ..and l fear flying 😮😊
Arsene wenger in cockpit
edward lawrenson - brilliant comment!
World of Lewis 🍆
it was never answered, at least here, why such a piece of pipe could have been manufactured, went to several stages of quality control ( it did, didn't it?).
So, even back then, and not only with Boeing, quality control was and still is, a big problem.
And the maker of those pipes?
Does not deliver anymore,is gone bankrupt, has ceased to exist... So we cant hold anyone responsible..
The maker of those pipes? Just opened shop und a different name, and it is business as usual..
Must have been a local manufacturer.
Because if it was a -Chinese -, we would have heard for sure, broad and wide and all over the place.
How shoddy they work.
And how their lousy work nearly brought down this oh so super, big, and safe plane.
over dramatic story, please stick to the facts
Which part?
I reckon it’s a pretty dramatic story tbh
@@marnidamoulakis3827 maybe watch the Mentour Pilot video on the same incident, he is able to explain the facts in a way that people can learn from what happened, without a exaggerated deep voice and dramatic sound effects
SO WHAT? A four engined plane loses one. SO WHAT? It landed safely. GET OVER IT.
It's not a typical engine failure, dumbass. They had damage to their hydraulics, ones connected to the gear, spoilers and ailerons. Plus, they do not know that their plane is not more damaged than they might expect. Unfortunately for them, they did not have the hindsight you had behind your screen typing the comment.
And in loosing one the debris went through many of the control lines for the rest of the plane.
the drama queen narrator needs to be kicked up and down the runway.
Rolls Royce exposed.
I don't really know how to explain this but ok
I would like to Salute these Pilots. Didn't panic all the and safely land the big machine.
