Happy new year to all of you. May it be a year of better opportunities, good health and prosperity.

Wow you are in Manila now you can experience New Year at BGC or Makati its awsome with there fireworks display at new years eve enjoy❤
BGC High Street New Year Countdown will have South Korean group Red Velvet perform live. Back in the days Ayala, Makati is the place to be for New Year Countdown but nowadays every district in Metro Manila competes with their own version. BTW you should check out the Ayala Triangle Festival of Lights in Makati happening daily until Jan 14 from 7pm-10pm with 30 minutes intervals. It’s an amazing lights & sounds show for the holidays.
I saw your Christmas vlog last year. How time flies and it's your second Christmas spent in the Philippines. Amazing! Wishing you the very best of the season!
🎄👍❤
Since you're in Manila, you can try to visit Tagaytay, its 2-3 hours travel from Manila, for sure you will enjoy the view and the weather is a little bit cold.
You're right! BGC does have a different vibe to it. It's a city but instead of chaotic, it's super chill while being energetic👌🏼🫰
on Christmas day, children will received all their gifts (usually money) from family and neighbors. everybody will meet their family, extended family and friends…so only few will go to work (tricycle driver). this is very special day ..
Many people go out during Christmas day to visit their family and friends to share blessings with each other (either material or monetary gifts).
Parents bring their kids to their Godparents for "aguinaldo" or "pamasko".
But in the recent years, some people are staying away from this tradition in order to be more economically considerate to their family and friends. Christmas is the season for giving but it is also the season of too much expenditures.
In my house, we receive gifts like sacks of rice and grocery items like ham or just the typical ingredients needed for party foods. Instead of hogging it for the next year, we share the blessings to our sanitary workers, guards, our "suki" tindera, good neighbors or with the people who made our year blessed.
Thanks for letting me know. It's a wonderful culture that doesn't exist in Korea. We love Philippine Christmas and New Year culture. Thank you for watching my video 🥰
@@hellophilippines513 Christmas and New Year celebrations here are most similar to Korean Chuseok
Philippines let's support this channel so it can grow so that they can come back more often in the Philippines, or they would be able to stay longer or live here. Thank you Philippine families❤❤
Lots of Koreans in Baguio City maybe because of the weather, much colder than most part of the Philippines
We wanted go to baguio. Baguio is so far and we don't know how to go there haha. I'm so sad. Thank you for watching my video 🥰
@@hellophilippines513baguio is a one way bus trip so its easy. just go to the victory terminal in pasay which is near the naia airport(5km). I think a bus leaves for baguio every 30minutes from there. You can check their website for schedule. Dont know the busfare but i think its 500 pesos each.
@@hellophilippines513there are lots of buses going directly to baguio there in manila.. just tell to taxi driver to take you guys to the terminal.. you will enjoy baguio for sure. Happy new year to your family. Please stay well always..
Go to baguio during september to february because in baguio when it rains it pours its like there is a storm( heavy rainfall) mostly in the afternoon. One thing for sure you will experience is the heavy traffic.
Mall of Asia or BGC has the best new year countdown. 🎉
Schools are getting ready for Christmas vacation. And having their own Christmas party ..bringing something for exchange gifts, or Manito manita, or draw lots, numbers of gifts ..
Everybody is happy ..
in new years eve red velvet (kpop) they're performing in 5th avenue in bgc
Wow! Really? I want see fireworks in bgc😭 Thank you for watching my video 🥰
The best place to watch the fireworks is at the roof top or roof deck of the building.
Thank you for watching my video 🥰
Visit Tagaytay City. 🎉 the weather is like Baguio City. Just a 2 hour drive from metro manila. 🎉 Merry Christmas.
The kids are visiting their ninong and ninang.
people specially children go out and go visit their godparents during christmas time that's why so many people outside walking 😍😍❤❤
Many Filipino people unite on New Year's Eve, which is on December 31, to celebrate a midnight meal known as the Media Noche. It is also common to stay awake to greet the coming of the New Year. New Year's Day is also characterized by Filipinos lighting fireworks and making a lot of noise to drive away evil spirits.
I love Media Noche.
During christmas or days before christmas most people in metro manila went to thier home province to celebrate christmas and new year. Thats why metro manila is quiter than it used to be.
Fireworks are everywhere during the new year. You can enjoy it just by looking in the window of you condo. 🎉
Maybe the bags are gifts from the Barangay Captain 😁
The people you saw on Christmas morning are visiting relatives, friends and godparents. The "elders" are giving aguinaldos (gifts or money) to the children who visited them.
And they share Christmas feasts prepared in every household.
I think after newyr jan 1 u can go to baguio 😊 just enjoy every moment.
I love this family. No skip ads for you.
If you want a festive new year. BGC or Mall of Asia new year countdown is the best. 🎉 happy new year. ❤
wear sunglasses guys❤
A different Christmas in the Philippines is visiting Pampanga for their colorful lanterns display/competition. And while in Pampanga, you can try the unique and delicious foods that Pampanga is popularly known for. Happy holidays to your family!
in the Philippines Dec 25 morning after church. when all the children go to each house, they will say it's Christmas, there is a house they will give candy or money. depending on what they give to the children, you will wonder why there are so many children outside and on the streets😊
People celebrate on Christmas Eve with Noche Buena. They open gifts on Christmas morning. Then in the afternoon they go to malls like SM and give to Henry Sy all the money they got as Christmas gifts. So its their turn to give Christmas gifts to SM, Ayala, Gokongwei, etc...
Philippines and Filipino people celebrates Christmas just the same in City and Province spending time with the family. ofc, some places might have little differences since not all Filipino are fortunate enough but all in all we celebrate Christmas with the family.
Hubby is really handome😅 like korean actors
Enjoy and have fun humble and friendly korean family ❤🎉
SWEET PRETTY LYNN 😊
Merry christmsa guys!be safe always!!ĺ
Taxis are everywhere during the new year. Dont worry.
You can bring also guys a folding small umbrella while walking in the sun light for less sun heat rays.😊
If you are in a condo, just go to the roof deck to watch the fireworks on new year's eve. You can watch the fireworks 360° if you are on higher ground.
In the philippines you can wear anything you like. Filipinos doesnt care what you wear as long as you are happy .
Filipino children on the 25th of December dress up early to visit and get their gifts from their godfathers or godmothers that's why you see people walking on the streets with plastic bags to put their gifts. They are always accompanied by parents or older siblings. They also prepared food for them.
Fireworks at MOA is on the 31st of December at 12 midnight. But check the schedule or ask people at MOA.
Yeheyyy..come back to manila again..more exploiring mam/sir..
You can see a lot of Christmas decorations and preparing new year celebration..Be happy mam sir..godbless..
That's the culture of every Pilipino you'll experienced to the max..you'll be loaded of tons greeting from everywhere specially during Christmas and New Year..😂🤣
May live concert red velvet sa Bonifacio high street 6pm start sa new year fire works count down 😊 injoy your Christmas and new year's eve.. here in manila 😊 god bless and more blessings to come Kim family ❤️🔥🇵🇭🤝🇰🇷❤️🔥
I would recommend BGC, if you want to experience the New Year in Manila or if you want to stay in your condominium, just watch it in the balcony since you are staying on a high floor.
Enjoy vacation in manila lovely korean family merry Christmas and happy new year.
Happy New Year. Hope you are still there when we go in January😊
Love it walking above the city in BGC 🇵🇭🇰🇷
Since you booked your hotel in Makati, BGC would be a perfect place to watch the New Year’s fireworks display instead of MOA . It is nearer and you will be amazed by the Christmas lights both in Makati and BGC especially at night time.
Enjoy your New year at BGC ❤ !. May the LORD bless you always !.
Merry Christmas and Happy new year!
Christmas in Philippines is usually celebrated on the night of Dec. 24 , we will have dinner and wait till midnight 12:00 A.M. to fully celebrate Christmas, Dec. 25.
Enjoy the fireworks display of Metro Manila..🎉🎉🎉
Have a good time.. ❤
I think it's a good time to go to BGC since some Korean Artists will perform on New Years Countdown like Red Velvet.
WELCOME AGAIN IN BGC. FOR YOUR INFO THERE WILL BE A BIG CELEBRATION IN BONIFACIO HIGH STREET ON THE 31ST, NEW YEAR’S EVE (MIDNIGHT) AND TRY NOT TO MISS THIS FESTIVITY. YOU WILL SURELY LIKE HOW BCG CELEBRATE THIS OCCASION. HAVE GOOD TIME & ENJOY YOUR STAY.
Usually people celebrate with their families at night of dec 24 then on dec 25 they go to friends or other close relatives to give or receive gifts or they just go out to eat on restaurants.
Thank you very much for loving in the Philippines ❤
God bless 🙌 🙏 ❤❤❤❤🎉
Stay in BGC High Street for New Years Eve. I think theres a KPOP group (Red Velvet) invited to perform during the countdown ❤
If you are staying in a high rise condo, that will do. You can view fireworks from the balcony or window - Fireworks from different places and houses.
If you couldn't go to BGC or Mall of Asia, next best thing is to rent a condo and choose the unit with a balcony. The higher the floor, the better. Enjoy your New Year experience here.
While in Metro Manila, explore the south bit, Alabang Muntinlupa is like BGC Alabang Towncentre Festival Mall, then go a bit south 25kms is Tagaytay, Taal Volcano will be there freh fruits and the best bulalo! Go to Leslies ( the bulalo photo is by yours truly) . On the way back treat your kids to Enchanted Kingdom. Also the reason why there were many people on the streets on dec 25 was because most of them especially kids are on their way to theri uncles and aunties (ninong/ninang) to collect gifts.
Happy New Year guys🎉🎉🎉🎉May all the blessings of 2024 be upon you
Baguio, Batanes, Ilocos Norte and Sagada are just a few of the places that have good tourist attractions and landscapes especially Batanes.
You will be buy your Philippine car soon, trust the process Gooldbless Y'all 💓
Love it!❤❤❤
In the Philippines, on Christmas Day (December 25) most children wake up early and go to their neighbor houses or to their "Ninong and Ninang" house (Godfather and Godmother) to greet Merry Christmas and then their neighbors or Ninong and Ninang gives them "Pamasko" or monetary Christmas gifts (Any amount). Sometimes children with their parents go to mall or to their relatives to just be together on Christmas day.
Baguio City is a holiday destination esp for Christmas Day so expect it to be sooo crowded.
Have fun and enjoy your stay in Manila. God bless your family.
I also prefer to travel in comfy clothes. I don't care too much on aesthetics. I'm more on what is comfortable. Merry Christmas and happy holidays guys!
I love that Lyn wears normal house clothing even though you guys goes to BGC.
There's also a New Year countdown in Ayala, Makati. Many artists will perform. You can also enjoy the fireworks display. 😊
Merry Christmas to you ALL🙏❤️🇵🇭
Filipino families gather together usually during dinner on Christmas Eve (Dec. 24th). On Christmas Day (25th) they all go out together usually to the malls or parks.
❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🤓

Makati will also have a very big fireworks display and entertainment event on December 31. On the streets crossings of Ayala Ave. and Makati Ave.
To watch the best manila view in New years night. Stay in your place. Rent a higher floor hotel or Condo.
