INGREDIENTS:
For Ice Cream:
* Full Cream Milk (दूध) - 2 litre
* Sugar (चीनी) - 7-8 spoons
* Milk (दूध) - 1/2 cup
* Corn flour (अरारोट) - 3 tbsp
* Fresh Cream (मलाई) - 3-4 tbsp
* Mango pulp (आम का पल्प)
* Coffee (कॉफ़ी) - 1 tsp
* Chocolate (चॉकलेट)
* Cream biscuits (क्रीम बिस्किट)
* Strawberry Crush (स्ट्रॉबेरी क्रश)
For Caramel Sauce:
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 cup
* Butter (बटर) - 1/4 cup
* Fresh Cream (मलाई) - 1/3 cup
* Salt (नमक) - 1 pinch
* Vanilla essence (वनिला एसेंस) - some drops
RECIPE:
For Ice Cream Base,boil some Milk for 10-15 mins.Then put Sugar & boil it for 3-4 mins.Take some Milk,add Corn Flour in it & mix the Corn Flour & Milk mixture in the boiling Milk.Mix it well & cook it for 5 mins.Then turn off the flame & keep it for cooling down.Then put some Fresh Milk Cream in it & beat it.Then freeze it in an air tight box.
For Caramel Sauce,put some Sugar in a pan & turn the flame medium.When Sugar gets melted,put Butter,Fresh Cream,Salt & Vanilla Essence in it.Caramel Sauce will get ready.
Divide the ready Ice Cream Base in 6 parts.For Vanilla Ice Cream,grind some Ice Cream base & freeze it.For Mango Ice Cream,add Mango Pulp in some Ice Cream Base & grind them.For Coffee & Caramel Ice Cream,add Coffee in Ice Cream Base,grind it then put Caramel Sauce on it & freeze it.For Chocolate Ice Cream,add melted Chocolate in the Ice Cream Base & grind them.For Oreo Biscuit Ice Cream,grind the Ice Cream Base,put some crushed Oreo Biscuit in it.For Strawberry Ice Cream,put Strawberry Crush in the Ice Cream & grind them.In this way,6 flavorful Ice Creams will get ready.Freeze them for overnight by covering them with clean wrap.

Turned out good. Made little changes though. Tried only chocolate version with cocoa powder. Added dry fruits n chocolate chunks. My kids actually made the icecream so it was easy in a way.
