In my idea of an alternative ending, she sings as the credit rolls and Frank doesn't come out. Credit ends, the song ends and we see her standing there realizing he is not going to take her back.
That would have served women better, they all think they can hoe around and expect the man to take them back

Frank shoulda never took her back. She didn't see his value from the beginning, but since things didn't workout wit the other guy she wanted to come back and she was playing wit his emotions ☠️🤦🏽♂️
I couldn’t agree with you more, I wish the film had ended with her just standing out there in the rain keeps singing and saying until after the credits have ended then we see her turning around and walking away realizing she never gonna get him.

He (Frank) was never the first option of choice since the beginning, she just was playing with his emotions and strangling him along, to keep her self entertained till the guy who meant her so called list came along who she presumably thought was the better option, so then came back to Frank as an Inconvenience, because what she thought was the 1st option did not work out, (Frank was never the FIRST Choice.) she came back because of guilt and remorse.
Once a cheater always a cheater I can understand one thang when you love someone and wanna be with your partner for the rest of your life just remember you make sure your partner is the right one for ya
