I've created an easier to view list of all my bass parts here : basshymn.blogspot.com/
Here's the bass part for ''Sicut Cervus" by Palestrina.
This is part of a resource for church choirs of all the bass parts to everything ever!
Please contact me if you've seen this and I don't know you personally, as it would be interesting to know if anyone has used this.
Thank you for doing this. Your work has helped me doing my part well in choir.
Happy to help
bro is a life saver 🙏
Glad to help!
Happy to help, thank you!
Just in time, mate! Bless you.
Great! Glad to help!
Thank you, thank you very much for this awesome job and for your effort! Also for the Messiah, which we are going to sing very soon in our choir (CEU in Madrid). You have no idea how much I appreciate your job and also is appreciated all over the world, I think :) Really useful. Bless you.
Very glad to help - thank you for your kind words! Much appreciated. Good luck with your singing this Christmas
Gonna be singing this for Easter, thanks for helping with my practice! The speed is perfect compared to others that are super fast.
Great, glad to help!
Gracias
You’re welcome
It's my favourite! I also sang many times in the cathedral :)
It’s new to me! Glad you like it!
Thank you so much! 💘
No problem, glad to do it!
This is really helpful. Thank you!
Glad to help, thanks!

Thank you sir! Now I am ready for my choir today =)
Great!

Very kind, thanks
thank you so much bro i have testing for this in 20 minutes and i j got down all the pronunciation from ur video
Oh no! I’m no good at pronunciation, especially latin
Thank you .... very useful for me
Thank you
Thanks for the ILMEA practice
Thanks ... what does ILMEA stand for, I can’t work it out?
Thanks for this! Is there a website you use for the piano track? I might want to practice that way too.
Hi - sorry, that’s just me playing the piano into my electric piano playback function. I’m sure there are backing tracks out there ... but maybe not
Maybe I’ll make some for my most popular videos
grazie!
No problem!
This is excellent. Have you done part two of Sicut Cervus anywhere. I am not a great singer but have been using your recordings now for about 9 months and I find them hugely helpful.
I haven’t. I didn’t know there was a part two to be honest!
Grazie
Thank you
Hey this is great, could you do the second half (sitivit anima mea)? Thanks!
I will take a look ... probably have another recording session after Easter.
Thanks
@@basshymn I would appreciate that! It's just that our choir decided to do the chant version because nobody knew the second half, so I was a little disappointed. Thanks again!
Qual é a tonalidade que está a cantar?
Muy provechoso
Glad to help
“ch”-ervus
Lower G’s getting ya, huh?
Many recordings don’t do “ch” ...
Sometimes I G, sometimes not.
@@basshymn never heard a recording that did. But if they did, they’d also be incorrect. 🤐
I sing it in classical Latin - hard c - and ain’t nobody stopping me!
Hi,
You're in G major.
thank otherwise
Hi,
Yes.
No problem
Pitty its a Baritone no full deep tone
What a shame I am
