My wife and I were talking about heights just today, reflecting how nervous I felt near the edges of the Grand Canyon. Years ago I would be the 1st in line to do what you did in this video, but now at 64, even though I'm slim, fit, and very active, I don't do well with heights. That was incredible though, you both are brave!! And the scenery up there was breathtaking.
At 71 I can relate exactly to what you're saying. In my youth I used to run across rocks with the precision of a mountain goat, now I place each foot deliberately and precisely. Yoly has difficulty just walking on uneven ground so this would be a hard pass for us now :-) I never used to be bothered by heights, now I get nervous just getting on the roof of our truck camper for maintenance.
Sarah makes it look so easy! Beautiful and looks soooo fun! I just wish I was younger, I would of diffently done this!! Y'all are fantastic on line tour guides!! Thank you so much for sharing this adventure!!😎

Great job. We were scheduled to climb this before our trek through Huchuy Qusqo but we chickened out. So glad you both did and Sara you were absolutely amazing girlfriend. We tried to book a stay in the huts but they were completely booked up for months. Great video and glad to see your back in your positive light after what recently happened to you. My husband and I visited Machu Picchu in 2018 and now at 64; I wish I was 35 years younger to do what you bravely did. Having said that; it would be a real test as I am scared of heights! Thank you Luca and Sara for a fabulous vlog!

My girlfriend and I did this last may. Last week was our anniversery of our peru trip. This was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. I will never forget it. Awesome climb. Good food at the top too. lol We stayed in the farthest capsule from the Main diner capsule. We had to transverse at night across.. after a few glasses of wine xD

Wicked....I saw this place before when Kara and Nat stayed in one of the capsule lodges up their channel. I am too afraid of heights but I think I would give it a try just to stay there. I tried zip lining first time in Costa Rica last year and loved it so that would not be a problem. Love to see your smiles and you having fun, ciao for now 😍

Oh my goodness I loved this video! I have zip-lined in Roatan Honduras, in the redwood forest in Sonoma County California, in San Juan Puerto Rico in the rainforest where I also went spelunking, repelling into ancient caves there and mud bogging on six wheelers. In Maui I took my mom zip lining when she was 70 years old. You're never too old for a thrill! I was terrified of height before my daughter challenged me on my 50th birthday to stop being afraid ❤️ and from then on there's been no stopping me. The feeling of accomplishment when you're done is golden 💛

This summer when I saw the people climbing up to the lodge, I thought no way, but now I wish I could have done it. Looks like an amazing adventure.
