NS 13V With A Plethora Of Color - Tipton PA

We're at the crossing at Tipton, PA, located east of Altoona around milepost 225 on the Pittsburgh Line. Westbound freight train NS 13V is seen with a colorful consist - a BNSF, CSX and UP engine all trail on this train. 13V is seen on the siding, heading up to Altoona to be tied down because Conway couldn't handle their train. As you can see, eastbound coal train NS 650 came very close to blocking the shot here, just clearing up on main one moments earlier! Filmed April 23, 20223.
