Love your work and is helping me no end. I'm currently studying PLC's as a part of my degree in electrical and this is brilliant. Its aiding my job working with conveyor systems. I use the PLCSIM and Factory I/O at home so i can design projects at home and don't need to be in the classroom. Keep it up mate.

How can it go back to the first position? Does it have any equipment to do that?

@PeterVree Instead of using a timer with D sensor 1, rather use a rising edge contact (P) with D Sensor 1 to pulse your turntable roller and then using a falling edge contact (N) with D Sensor 1 to turn off Conveyer 1.
Thanks George... you know when I've lost my way when I start throwing in random timers to make things work. Rising or Falling edge are much better instructions to make use of. Thanks for keeping me honest.

Looks like at 15:20 you can see that the front turntable limit %i0.4 controls %Q0.6... so it returns back to the initial position automatically

sir i think there is no need for the second timer, isn't? I'm asking this to ensure myself that I have understand the concept very well sir.
I made use of the 2nd timer to make it work, but you might be able to get it working properly without the timer by using the negative pulse on the proximity sensor input. You can see that in the beginning of the play list my programming is quite crude.

Criei um projeto utilizando o plcsim e o factory I/O, funcionou perfeitamente porem na hora de fazer a IHM eu não consigo acionar as entradas do CLP, nem na IHM nem manualmente, apenas pelo factory I/O.

Why can't I connect PLCSIM V16 to Factory IO？Factory IO remind that the PLCSIM doesn't run, but the PLC simulation is indeed running. Could you pls help me?
The Factory IO website has helpful hints on the forum, you should check it out. Always run PLC SIM and Factory IO as Administrator. Also, there is specific settings within TIA Portal as detailed in the link below. You also have to download the zip file and use their code. There is a specific Function Block that is called that enables PLC Sim and Factory io to work with each other.
