First happens in Pano Aqil where Jaffer Express luckily escape from derailment. Second, Allama Iqbal 2 coaches derailed in Padidan Junction. Third, a major incident happen in Sarhari Railway Station where 10 coaches of Hazara Express derailed in Sarhari Railway Railway Station. In India nearly our whole railway system have track circuit, but we don't use wooden fishplate... Before this video I didn't even know that wooden fishplate exist... Many countries use track circuit but they don't use wooden fishplate...

2 months pehlay green line par lahore say karachi ka safar kia. Punjab mein train ki speed 100 km say ziada thi. Aur sindh mein enter hotay hi speed 50 aur 60 ho gayee. Railway k 1 employee nay bataya k yahan track ki condition bohot kharab hai
train speed nahi lay sakti.

so for those who are wondering about the fish plate used in indian railway , It does not use wooden fish plate. Due to its low load and strength capacity instead its use isolated fishplate of iron and beneth that it's isolated so circuit break can take place that's the reason our works efficiently and for long time.
I don't know about Pakistan railways but in india it is not in practice for a long time now. also wooden fish plate is or can break easy if pressure applied on it so ya we don't use it and also pak railway should also use another alternative rather then putting passengers life in danger.
We still lives in stone ages....sadly no answer for our corrupt politicians and bureaucracy...😢

Wooden sleepers had been replaced by steel and then concrete sleepers in India which not only reduce the noice level but also stands long period than the old systems. It also helps to increase the speed of rail tpt system.

In Indian railway have to set sensars after 10 feets from signal when wheel of engine pass through the sensars then automatically change gree to red. wooden fish plates using is very dangerous if carring is not properly it can be broken

Jafar express ke case mein real problem balast ka na hona hai. Rail lines ko ek distance par parallel barkarar rakhne ke liye jo distance piece lagta hai use sleeper kehte hain. Ye Angrezon ne jab railways banaya tha India mein to Wooden hote the. Aj kal ye RCC beams mein aate hain.
Zameen ke banawat ke mutabik sleepers ko ek level par rakhne ke liye pathar dale jaate hai. In patharo ko balast kaha jaata hai. Ye pathar sleepers ko level rakhte hain aur train ke wazan se beam girder ko zameen mein dhasne se bachate hain. Pathar ek sasta aur jaldi banne wala jugaad hai. High speed trains aur modern safety norms mein pathar ki bajaye RCC structures lagaye jaate hain.
Pathar ki problem ye hai ke inhein regular maintenance chahiye. Pathar loose hone ki wajah se ye samay ke saath apni jagah pe nahi rehte aur apko naye balast se inhe replace karna hota hai.
Weight aur speed ke restrictions ke mutabik ek track mein lagne wala balast calculate hota hai. Yahan hum dekh sakte hain ke balast to jaise hai hi nahi aur sleeper hawa mein hai. Jaise hi ttain ka load aya sleeper neeche baith gaya aur girder ke joint ko tod diya.

All these accidents have happened in internal sindh province where pakistan's most corrupt govt rules. Their bhutto is still alive even after hung to death in 1979. They never cooperate with federal govt to help fix the tracks.

Y is Pakistan hvg so many rail accidents. That is why i insist again n again on Modernisation of Railways n the country. Is it that things r being taken lightly in Pakistan.
