- Welcome to our channel. This is a mini tour of our apartment. We hope to inspire you to enjoy the space your currently call home. Apartment living isn’t perfect but it can still be beautiful and functional. That’s our philosophy.
We are definitely inspired by NYC apartments and we use that as our inspiration. We also believe in using a mix of found, thrifted and new pieces to created that lived in and well loved design style.

I live in an apartment also , I added a doggie door from petsmart to the sliding door and my cat comes and goes as he pleases. Best purchase ever and easy peasy to install.

You have a wonderful gift for decorating, I love everything you have done to bring warmth and coziness into your apartment. Don’t worry about your countertops, they look good, and who would’ve thought to paint an ottoman. The next time I go thrifting I need to watch for vintage mirrors. Could you please tell me where get the dried flowers on your dining room table, I love them and would like to find some for my table. 🌸

Hi Leslie! Thank you for the compliments. The dining room wall color is Canyon Dusk by Behr. The living room is just whatever was painted when we moved in. I hope this helps.
I heard a long time ago when decorating people should put a little something red in each room, and I was surprised to hear you say you do not want to see red in your apartment.
If you love red, go for it. Whatever color makes you smile, then use that!! 😊
