      Germany provides free education and you will earn more in germany than in canada

      It shouldn't be very hard to get a job and a PEng. You need a work permit or PR to work in Canada which can difficult to get.

      You should be able to pursue something in Canada. Maybe not tool and dye making. Maybe something related to management if you want a career in management. If not, then you will have to do some research on what other related courses you can do.
