This workout is definitely a little spicy so watch out for the weight. As always use the first set as a warm up and then ramp up the intensity for the next 2 rounds!
Always inspiring and very effective workout for PUSH workouts. Thanks! I do it a little bit differently. I don't use a clock. I go to exhaustion, take 40 sec break and then move on to the next dumbell push. Thanks brother!
