I live alone and love this unit. I can cook a weeks worth of protein or a couple days of entire meals in this thing. You can use oven cleaner on the filter (in the sink) but do not use oven cleaner in the ninja! You will ruin the coating. Great video
I bought mine last month - getting it set up this weekend to use!!! Can’t wait!!! The only thing I have seen as a consistent comment is that the chicken setting on the probe over-cooks it a little bit ones it’s rested.

Ceramic coating NOT Teflon. - PTFE/PFOA-Free, Ceramic Coating according to the product information in the product link you provided. My understanding is PTFE-based (Teflon) pan coatings can release PFAS into the environment throughout their life, especially during manufacture, but also through high-temperature cooking use and during disposal or recycling. PFAS pollution is extremely difficult to clean up. Lots of info about PFAS (forever chemicals) pollution out there now.
Some people don't like to see blood so nothing wrong with it. I like my around medium to medium well. If the steak little thick, when cook medium well it is about medium.

the filter you can wash with dawn or put in the dish washer.

I like the size, but there is no smoke box. Will look into the Ninja Woodfire version.
