The book - Mandate for Leadership - 2025 - is the NINTH edition - the first was created to support the Reagan administration, and a new edition is publichsed every 4 years. Reagan managed to implement about half of the proposals for 1981. Trump implemented 64% af Mandate 2016 within the first year of his administration. As disturbing as it is for him to deny knowledge of these comprehensive policy platorms, it is terrifying that the Democrats have apparently not followed along and dealt with it ....
