I just built this set recently. Yes the garage and front windows are a little tricky. I really loved building the set, it was enjoyable. The tow truck was a great build and looks so good when finished. I love the final overall product. Lego needs to make more corner modular buildings! Thanks for sharing your thoughts about this set.

Lol! That’s the truth. Technically by Trademark rules we shouldn’t be using not just their logo but other things. They could issue takedown but it’s obvious they aren’t going to do that unless someone is acting as if they were LEGO. I do know they do ask people politely to remove it as an avatar. I still think it’s funny that they didn’t realize there was the extra figure in that picture

I really liked that tipper truck (especially the blue tipper bucket). It is a bit a shame that the part underneath was forgotten. Personnaly, I think I would complete it but maybe different (e.g. set 6693 but I am afool so that one is also very old ...)

I think my main complaint about the corner garage is it’s small footprint relative to the 32x32 baseplate
I like the corner garage building experience, best part of the set. But I do agree the 2nd and 3rd floor exteriors are a bit plain and not having a tiled first floor and not much detail was a disappointment. But the 2nd and 3rd floor interiors are nice. So overall not my favorite set but not as bad as people make it out to be.
I disagree with you on one point Jaabo - I don’t think it is a sad little set! I always liked it. The 1 2/3 windshield was always a puzzle to me, but the overhung 2x4 plate construction that it allowed in order to hang the headlight brick 1/3 brick higher giving it a better approach angle for off-road tipping was genius! Imagine if the tipper had to go off-road on a plantation of some sort to pick up a load of some kind of fruit or something… Keep up the good work! #tippertruckarmy
