Trust me I have listened this Sound of Silence and not blindly followed him but studied many scriptures like Upanishads,Geeta and almost entire puran and also studied deeply philosophers like RUMI, Sufi saints, Quran quotes, Bilbke quotes, Om chanting and mantras and what I have found that GOD is in YOU and *Tatvamasi* means You are that.
By knowing this Sound of Silence *deeply* you come to know every scriptures which looks complicated but is as easy as ABCD seriously ♥️

Ye sound of silence mujhe pichle 15 saalo se sunai deta hai . Isse mera experience ye hai ki meri awareness har chiz ke liye badhi hai. Chahe woh emotions ho , thoughts ho ya kuch bhi. ESA nahi hua ki gussa kam ho gaya ya negative thoughts nahi aate lekin in sab ke prati awareness bahut badh gayi .aur ek derisiring mind khatam sa ho gaya. Ye saab baatien situational ho gayi. I can able to listen this sound at the very first day of my meditation. It was very sharp, and then i could feel that it was everywhere whether i am at the bus, morning, talking to someone, at office or anywhere. Whenever all the surrounding sounds stops it appears there.
Currently while doing meditation i can first hear this sound then when thoughts became almost zero i can hear heartbeat.

Krishna said to Arjuna:! Krishna begins the Sixth Chapter by explaining that the neophyte yogi engages in fruitiness sitting postures while the advanced yogi, the true sanyasi works without attachment. Such a yogi liberates himself and is not degraded, by his mind’s activities.Carefully controlling his mind, body and self in Krishna’s service, the yogi strictly practices dhyana Yoga, in a secluded place. Fixing his mind on the self and on Krishna, he attains transcendental happiness in the kingdom of God. Arjuna then points out that the main difficulty in practicing yoga is controlling the mind.
Krishna responds by saying that one can overcome the obstinate mind through constant practice and determination.
In responding to Arjuna’s query about the fate of an unsuccessful yogi, Krishna answers that one unsuccessful in the practice will still take birth in a family of wise transcendentalists and automatically become attracted to yogic principles.
Krishna finally states in the last two verses of the chapter that yogi is greater then the ascetic, the jnani, and the Karmi.
And the greatest of all yogis is he who always thinks of Krishna and with great faith worships Him in loving service.
