Not true... it's common knowledge that Kiely and Adrienne had been treating Naturi real shady for along time and the manager of the group (Kiely's mother) was behind it all.
She had a big problem with Naturi being more talented than her daughter. The producers clearly saw that Naturi was a much better singer, so she got most of the lead parts and most of the camera time in their music videos.
Kiely's mother saw fit to stir up a lot of drama and confusion between the girls to get Naturi out of the group. Kiely and Adrienne are not innocent they did their dirt too.

Honestly these songs have completely different vibes, and the overall message is different. They are both uniquely poppin, sure some of the words from common phrases match up, but I personally don't see much of a problem because the songs are still so different

Though this was definitely Naturi's song, Kiely's presence kinda stole some scenes with her just vibing but also trying to catch some flirty glances. Plus, I can see her singing at least the bridge, especially with the way she mouths, "That got nothing to do" and "you". The way she sings, "We gotta talk about everything you hear), (Cause you know that it ain't true", it was giving, "I Do(Wanna Get Close To You), and I really like how she was kinda strutting in her white outfit, she looked so pretty. Adrienne definitely caught my attention, not just her vocals but also her aesthetic, cause she looks absolutely pretty. To me, this was kinda Adrienne's song, just as much as this was most definitely Naturi's like it definitely suits them both vocally and style-wise.
