I have a historical document, a family heirloom, from 1740 to 1788. From my four times great granduncle, a fruit farmer, who journaled his crop quality in his own words. Describing his peach crop of 1786. "Aroma is intoxicating, of roses and honey with [honey] suckle, and melon. Upon tasting, the tender fruit yielded a MOST sweet, cloying, nectar-like flavor. Mrs Talbot make pies from the crop and no additional sugar was required to make a most superior after-dinner amusement. I later made a quite wonderful wine, using only the smallest amount of sugar, perhaps half the usual quantity, owing to the overwhelming sweetness of the natural fruits."
Fruit was sugary sweet before modern times.
Too bad we don't have those seeds!!! That sounds amazing
Aren't nearly all fruits and veggies we eat hybrids? Except for wild berries and foraged roots?
Looking good papas 💪🏼🥔
Amazing video
Yes go deeper into this. We all need to know the truth!
Let me see if I can
Great transmission man :)
How much weight have you lost on your rice diet thus far? I did about 6 months and I lost NO weight. at all. And I found the rice to be like rocks in my stomach. Bad digestion and high glycemic loads to my body, which I always felt negatively from. When i switched to fruit based, I was able to lose 45 pounds. I was focusing on 10 banana smoothies and lots of mangoes, persimmons, jackfruit, I was finally able to start losing weight. Now I added starches back in and I don't gain weight when I eat starches, but I no longer lose with starches, either.
Interesting, thanks for sharing. I used
to gain a big belly eating grains with added sugar before
that is why the rice diet is fruit, fruit juice, rice, sugar, that helps a lot
I know some people like myself easily get constipated from cooked starches. I find it more enjoyable to stay away from them and stick to fruit, juice and sugar 🤷🏻♂️
@David__________ You're obviously not eating any whole wheat. It is the opposite of constipating.
@@jonathanr5184 I love bread because I dont have to cook anything and its super easy calories but I herd gluten causes pathogenic intestinal permeability. So I don’t eat it anymore 🤷🏻♂️
looking slimmer and simmer man
Must be then
Checking in, Ryan. It's been a minute. You look great, pal.
Hey, thanks
Really excellent video!
Thank you very much!
Looking good! Keep going!
Thanks, will do!
Hey Ryan! I'm diggin your channel. Outside of yourself and Durianrider, not sure anyone has similar content. When I search HiCarb-LoFat, hardly anyone comes up as it's all carnivore aka Cultivorre. Anyhow, I'm recently switching to HCLF from Cultivore. I just couldn't lose weight on that way of eating. I'm a truck driver too so, somewhat sedentary. Oh yeah, I'm a native of East and SouthEast Cleveland suburbs. I moved out to Phoenix in 2011. I miss Cleveland. Yes, I said it. I miss Cleveland. Keep the awesome content coming. Later!
It's called the Cleveland boomerang for a reason. keep a cellerciser in the truck
You're a cool dude . Sweet fruit is magical . I love what you're saying . You make perfect sense . What's the name of that Mic the vegan song you're playing ?
not sure what song you are referencing haha. Thank you
@@highcarbregenerator it's all good . I'm a big fan of yours . Your rebuttal and debunking of the keto carnivore talking points was very profound and insightful . Fruit is being genetically engineered for easy shipping not sweet delicious vitamin/mineral quality . Your logic and research was impeccable . Thanks for the great research .
@@milobickmore1053 Thank you very much
I wore a CGM for a few months, while eating atleast 6 pieces of fruit daily. I eat a lot of beans and vegetables too.
Hi, is your way of eating the Durandier plan?
My body alerts me not to eat too much fruit. And I don't even touch bananas bcuz I can't eat just one and go away. I avoid what I have no control of myself over.
Almost all store bought mangoes are good if you give them time to ripen. But never as good as straight from the tree as for quality of bananas it seems like they were sweeter years ago compared to now but like you said best to buy at Asian markets Nam wa also take time to ripen but are very good most of the ones in the states are coming from Homestead.
Some of them are really bad, but yeah most are good
😎
this video explains why i cant just throw fruits in a blender and eat it. Its not sweet enough for me 🤷🏻♂️ I always throw in at least 100 grams of sugar, store bought fruit is so bland
The mangoes have been sweet lately
Not sweet enough? It's too sweet for me.
Are dates sweet enough for you without adding sugar?
@@jonathanr5184 they are but I get bored of them fast, the flavor doesn’t appeal to me
Just tuned into your channel. I gather you are a vegan?
Yes
As I understand as long as we eat sugar, our bodies refuse to burn fat for fuel.
I tried it, but I noticed how low energy I am without sugar.
Maybe I should add sugar once a day to my high protein meal...
I eat high protein diet now, it's quite satiating, but one problem: I'm super low on energy without sugar... I'm satiated, my skin is clear as ever but no sugar and my energy is like 3-4/10...
that is nonsense, the body primarily runs off of fat, it isn't until you are in zone 3 that carbs start really getting used. Where do people come up with this stuff
@@highcarbregenerator so when I used to eat sugar 3 or more times a day and didn't loose any weight is nonsense... Ok, got it
@@Idontreadreplies69 just a bit of context missing there
I pretty much stop buying fresh produce i like the canned fruit now. More sugar and vitamins. I dont care if theres a bit of hfcs in it
Hfcs should be avoided.
Not to mention BPA lining in the canning…. why would you ever pick that versus fresh fruit?
Was the regular fruit really bad?
@@musicmonsterman8395 too sour, picked to unripe.
buy frozen fruit stores forever and easy to throw in smoothies thats what I do, most days im too lazy to cut up fruit 🤷🏻♂️
