i tapped forward a few frames before chun did reversal super, and that super comes out so fast after the super freeze that it still counts as 10 frames after pressing forward
No matter the fighting game this'll be a problem,I can't count how many times I've patiently waited for a teen Gohan to wake up and Lvl 3 father son Kamehameha me just to get it all reflected and flushed with a 60% combo . And honestly that was me at one point but bad habits have to be broken.

Never played SF3 because I am a practitioner of unga in other fighting games, but seeing clips like this makes me want to get SF3 after I get an idea of SF buttons via SF6 (probably a bad idea but whatever).
