今回はYAMAHAのブースで注目した車両についてな訳ダガ、ともすると東京モーターサイクルショーで一番見たかった車両が展示されているノガ、ココYAMAHAブース。
と言うノモ、様々なトコでも紹介されているXSR900をベースとしたカウルキット装着車の中に、大阪芸大時代に乗っていたFZ400Rカラーのカウルを纏ったソレを見たからナノダ。
FZ400Rに乗る前に乗っていたGSX-R(初期型のGSX-Rは、排気量を超えた存在として車名に排気量表記が無かったノダ)を信号無視の車に当てられてグチャグチャにされ、次に選んだノガFZ400R。当時、ツーリングには不向きと言われたレーサーレプリカ(現在で言うSS)の前傾姿勢ではあったが、コイツで俺は疲れも知らず走り回っていた。
ともすれば、俺のツーリングスタイルの基礎を作ってくれたバイクの一台と言っても過言では無い。
誰しもが思う「攻め攻めのギンギンでバリバリだぜい！」なバイクでは無いし、5000回転を過ぎた辺りでトルクの谷(回転がもたついてパワーが弱くなるポイント)も有ったりしたが、最高出力59馬力は刺激的ダッタ。
そんな思い出一杯の車両のカラーリングを施されたフルカウルマシンが展示されていると聞いた時からワクワクが止まらなかったノダ。
そんな気持ちで挑んだYAMAHAブースで俺が見たモノは！
ソコから続くのがSUZUKIブースも大人気で大変。
こうしたショーにやって来ると、潜在的スズ菌保菌者と重症スズ菌患者が入り混じって更に濃い“スズ菌”が生まれて来るノダ(嘘)。それにしても、近頃のSUZUKIと言うメーカーの堅実さと工夫は熱狂的なスズ菌保菌者(SUZUKIファン)達にも堪らないモノがある。
2005年にリリースされたGSX-R1000(K5)のエンジンをモディファイして搭載するGSX-S1000シリーズ、S,F GTと来て今回遂に来たゾ直４のマルチパーパスモデル。
アドベンチャーよりもロード特性を高めたフォルムは、走りを期待させるに十分。
そして注目なのが、業界人からも評価が高いGSX-8S。
この評価の熱が冷めない内に、出して来ましたフルカウルモデルのGSX-8R。
いわゆる中間排気量とされるカテゴリーダガ、コノ軽量＆スリムなパッケージは魅力的以外に無い。
俺的には「もう少し焦らしても良かったんじゃ無い？」とも言いたくなるが、コレくらいのタイムラグでリリースしてくれるトコがSUZUKIの良心的なトコダ。
スリムで軽量を生かして軽快に走って貰いたいネ。

Ah, the days of my youth come back to life!
I was thinking that the description would be like a "synopsis" of the video, but this time I'm going to try something a little different.
I'll be glad if you read it if you enjoy it.
This time, I would like to talk about the vehicles that caught my attention at the YAMAHA booth, which was the one I wanted to see the most at the Tokyo Motorcycle Show.
I was interested in it because I saw one of the XSR900 based cowl kits with the FZ400R color cowl that I used to ride when I was in Osaka University of Arts.
Before he rode FZ400R, he had ridden GSX-R (early GSX-R did not have displacement written in its name as it was beyond displacement) and was hit by a car ignoring a traffic light and got smashed up, then he chose Noga FZ400R. I was running around on this bike without any fatigue though it had a forward leaning posture of racer replica (now called SS) which was said to be unsuitable for touring.
It is no exaggeration to say that this is one of the bikes that formed the basis of my touring style.
It is not the bike that everyone thinks, "I'm going hard, I'm going strong, I'm going hard, I'm going hard! It is not the bike that everyone thinks of, and there was a valley of torque after 5000 rpm, but the maximum output of 59 hp was very exciting.
When I heard that a full-cowl machine with the coloring of the vehicle that holds so many memories was on display, I couldn't stop being excited.
So with that in mind, here is what I saw at the YAMAHA booth!
The SUZUKI booth was also very popular.
At these shows, potential tin bacillus carriers and serious tin bacillus patients mix together to create an even thicker "tin bacillus" (a lie). Even so, the solidity and ingenuity of the recent SUZUKI manufacturers are unbearable to even the most ardent tin bacillus carriers (SUZUKI fans).
The GSX-S1000 series, which is equipped with a modified version of the GSX-R1000 (K5) engine released in 2005, followed by the S and F GT models, has finally arrived with the ZX-S1000, a multi-purpose model with a straight-4 engine.
The form of the GSX-S1000, with its road characteristics enhanced more than those of the adventure model, is enough to make one anticipate its driving performance.
The GSX-8S, which has been highly acclaimed by people in the industry, is also attracting attention.
Before the heat of this evaluation has cooled, the GSX-8R full-cowl model has been released.
In the so-called "mid-range displacement" category, this lightweight and slim package is nothing short of attractive.
In my opinion, it would be tempting to say, "Why didn't they wait a little longer? But, SUZUKI is conscientious to release it with such a time lag.
I hope that the slim and light weight of the bike will be utilized to make it more nimble and easy to drive.
