From the first time we visitied the US (1989) for family holidays we fell in love with country music and always listened to it on hte radio wherever we were in the country. The first time I heard ATH I had to get their albums and can't get enough of them. WOuld love them to come to England for the C2C concerts when they resume as I'd love to see them live!!!

Actually I think some consider them Southern Rock, and some of the other songs they have done I would definitely consider to be more southern rock. But yes I would consider Drunk Dial and Smoke to be closer to country. But in fairness the line between southern Rock and county has always been a little blurred. The line between 80's glam rock and what would now be considered modern country is also a little blurry. 80's glam rock women heart brsak and a drug like Cocaine. Modern country? Women heart break and alcohol.
